Sensitive
A very sensitive bubble level. Appears to be made well, strong magnet embedded in base. If you place it under strong light for a few minutes it will glow in the dark for a short period. Well marked and easy to read even in dim lighting. Accurate - shows the same as other know good levels, good deal. Currently using on a tripod for astrophotography.

Level great, magnet no so much
Nice very accurate. Almost too sensitive. Only problem was the magnet falling out of the base. Not sure how it was kept in place, but a little epoxy fixed the problem.

Perfect for perfectionist turntable
Good looking! Rugged. ‘Tumbled to the oak flooring at least three times from waist high without damage or losing accuracy. Utilizing this or something like this is utterly essential when leveling turntable for an air bearing, translating tone arm and moving coil cartridge. Would _immediately_ replace with same if lost.

It glows bright.
What I disliked is the thin magnet fell out. Why not use a small magnet like the rare earth neodymium magnets? Those magnets are strong. I fixed it by using a heat gun where the magnet fits into, then adding hot glue, and reattached the magnet, then putting it into the freezer for 10 minutes. Worked well.

Not exactly what I would call precise
I bought this to level my new freestanding range. The installer got it close but we occasionally had a pan that would slide or eggs that would flow to one side of a pan more. This precision level helped me, but there was still some trial and error I needed to do with water. I’ve included four pictures that illustrate my frustration with the level. They are all from the same location on my stove top at the same stove adjustments, I simply turned the level 90 degrees. In each picture you can see a variation in where the bubble is, some suggesting nearly perfect to .2 degree variations. This suggests there’s variation in the level. A bit disappointing that this tool can not be used for the level of precision it appears to be designed for.

almost
I do not like the magnet on the bottom, it interrupts the surface on the bottom of the tool. This seems like a critical defect. I After re-surfacing the bottom it is a great tool.

SOLID PRECISION
Well built. Almost 2 years old. Works great.

Who would do precision work in the dark?
Right out of the bag the magnet fell off the bubble and quickly stuck to another magnet i had which is why it broke.... lol smh. The bubble gauge states that it has a DIV=2/1000 and it illuminates lol, so I staged a 1-2-3 block purposely on 0.005" offset on let's call it the x-axis and level on the y-axis. I set the bubble in the middle and took four readings rotating 90° each time. None of the results were consistent, will it get you close? Maybe to a 1/16", but I wouldn't rely on trying to achieve 0.002". This great for your transit or laser level stand...
