Excellent for Dry Eye and total darkness
Very comfortable and these are great for dry eye disease. I don’t sleep without them.

Works OK, difficult to keep clean
I've suffered from nocturnal lagophthalmos and have been looking for a good solution that allows for side sleeping. The TranquilEyes mask does help keep the lids closed overnight, but my main complaint is that the foam pads are hard to clean. The strap is not easily removed, so it gets wet while I'm washing out the foam pads, and while the inner pads are easily removed for cleaning, the orbital pads are attached to the mask and are difficult to wash while holding the strap out of the water. Additionally, the pads take a while to dry, so I can only use these on alternate nights (or pay more $$ for an extra mask). I wish Eye Eco would design a mask where the pads could be completely removed for cleaning (and replaced after X uses). Eye Eco, if you're reading this, I'm happy to provide some customer insight for you.

Not for those with dry eye disease.
They're not for helping with dry eye disease. Doesn't help with keeping your eyes hydrated while sleeping.

Concerned at first, pleased at last.
When I first got these out they seemed smaller than I had imagined. It's never good to make assumptions of size based on a picture. But I have had many sleep masks before, including a franken-mask I modified/created using sunglass lenses which lasted for quite a while. My pain causes chronic insomnia which leads to sleeping when and if I can, which can also be during the day. I also open my eyes at night which is very bad for several reasons and creepy to those around me. Usually sleep masks come with the intent and size to cover the eyes and block out the view of light in the peripheral. These worked differently, but have done their job admirably and I find I am quite satisfied with them. While these seem to have mixed availability here, I was pleased to find some and even in Prime at that. TranquilEyes have many kits for most sleeping conditions that involve the eyes. I was pleased with that in spite of the affordability factor. Me, I wanted to keep out light and protect my eyes when they were opened. Most masks fail on that last point terribly. Many employ sizeable fluffy patterns that go from large to humungous. I tried another mask that was so big it was actually great on the ears and did keep out light, but I felt like I was being suffocated in my sleep and they did not protect my eyes, but instead actually squeezed them until I took them off after just a 30 minute test drive. When I put these on there were four things I noticed right away. First the stretching fabric they use for the back, I think some sort of spandex, is awesome. Nice on the ears and head yet keeps them as tight as you'd like! Second, the memory foam style outer border and similar inner pads are neat. They conform to your face and are quite comfortable and soothing. Third, these are apparently for a larger nose than mine. They did block out 98% of light except a small area near the top of the sniffer. (I mostly resolved this by tying a small swath of dark fabric onto the nosepiece.) It would have been nice to have a second nosepiece in the kit for smaller/tighter needs. (1 star) Fourth was that they pushed on my eye sockets more than I thought they would. But undeterred I was determined to give them their opportunity like all the rest. I thought the pressure on my eye socket was going to be too much for me. I also wondered that if the small foam pads inside were touching my eyelids that they would also damage my eyes if I opened them. In the morning I was pleased. I'd left them on all night. They kept the morning light from bothering me at all and best of all my eyes were not blurry or painful from being partially opened.Night after night, they provided exactly what I was looking for. While these are easily far from the cheapest eye mask you can buy, I personally feel, for me, that they were worth every dollar.

Light and Dry Eye protection
I've had Lasik with a PRK touch up some years back, but for some reason my left eye was becoming painfully dry at night. I don't know if it's because I sleep on my left side, my cat likes to sleep next to me, we have a ceiling fan on all the time, or allergies, I really found no rhyme or reason other than sometimes I would wake up with a extremely painfully dry eye.I tried a night mask but it did nothing for moisture so I tried this item. I didn't even notice this was marked as a 'mini' either. It fits in your eye sockets but after I got use to that, I don't even notice wearing it. It also doesn't slip around in the night like a regular mask does. I sleep on my side and even then it is staying where it should be. It blocks out ALL light when properly adjusted which is especially great for naps during the day or, if you have someone who has to get ready for work way earlier than you do, as in my case. They can turn on the lights and you don't notice a thing! You can wear it without the removable pads, but the pads can be soaked in water to keep your eyes moist before sleeping. I personally found the full sized removable pads too big, and I didn't like anything pressing against my eye, so I sliced them in half and it works well for me that way. I wear these every night for both the light protection, and the humidity for the eye. Because let me tell you, bad dry eye HURTS.These came in a very nice case as well. Very happy with this item so far.

A good product to avoid night time corneal abrasions.
I was desperate to find some help and stumbled upon these goggles. Every month or so the inside of my eyelids would stick to my eyes during the night and I would feel excruciating pain in the morning when I opened my eyes. I have had these a few months and it has not happened. I heat water before I go to bed and let the sponges soak up the hot water. It feels so nice, just don't let sponges aound the goggle themselves get wet and you should just feel heat, not wetness. They do cool off during the night, but the moisture inside the goggles keeps your eyes nice and moist. It's a bit uncomfortable to sleep on your side, but it's worth it not to wake up in pain.

Bad quality but great concept
This product was really helpful for my severe dry eye and corneal erosion issues, but it is very badly made and started falling apart within a month. These photos are before 2 months of nightly use following instructions to wash inserts daily. The soft fabric begins separating from the foam and eventually completely fell off. I tried wearing with one fallen off, but it is no longer comfortable. The head band also begins to no longer hold through the night as well so wake up with it no longer covering my eyes. Really disappointed when it really seemed to be helping my eyes feel better during the day. I have requested a refund from the company. I will update based on what happens with that.
