I’ve been on CPAP now for nearly 8 years with limited success. Even so, I would be tired all day and need a nap in the afternoon. I would also get a headache usually once a day in the afternoon. I was pretty fed up with it.I read about these pillows on Facebook and thought what the heck, it can’t hurt. The first night I tried it I thought, “this is different “. The pillow is not soft like most pillows. It is very supportive. The center part that is lower actually supports your head like it’s in someone’s hands. It’s that comfortable. I’ve been on it for nearly 2 weeks now and guess what. Headaches are gone, I haven’t had one since I started using this pillow. Naps are gone, haven’t needed one since I started using this pillow. That fatigued feeling I had all day, gone. I know, it’s hard to believe but I swear to you it helped me considerably. It’s only been two weeks so I’m still a little curious if this will continue, but it’s been a great two weeks. I hate to think how much money I’ve spent on sleep studies and equipment and supplies for CPAP when all I needed was a decent pillow. I also bought the pillows that keep me on my left side all night. Those help as well.

This is my favorite pillow!I sleep on both sides and on my back, it supports everything really well. While it took a couple of weeks to get used to it, it really helped my back and neck pain. It's supportive but not hard - because who wants a hard pillow? I still sometimes use other pillows but still pack this whenever I travel.The indent was also helpful when my cartilage piercing was healing. It kept it from getting "squished" when u slept on my side. I was concerned the "button" would be an issue, but I never notice it. I use a king sized pillow case with fold over ends to keep it clean.Like most memory foam, it has a smell when you first open, but it goes away after about a week. I left it to "air out" in another room for that week. After about 3 months, it seemed to deflate a little so I did request the extra support, which helped immensely. (They were very kind, and it arrived quickly).I replaced it after about 18 months with the exact same one and still love it!YMMV, I'm the only one in my household that loves it. It's too big for half and not firm enough for the others.

This is quite good. The neck support was excellent. I think it's built for someone with a small frame. I have broad shoulders and struggled a bit with head placement while on my side. On my back it is great though. I'm hoping it'll improve after I break it in.I wish the material was just a bit softer. It's comfortable on my neck but my ear lobe hurts from the lack of give in the material when using it on the side.

Very comfortable and supportive. The foam doesn’t flatten down like other similar pillow styles I have tried. I have neck pain and this pillow allows me to lay flat on my back without waking up with a stiff neck. Highly recommend.

This pillow was good for the first few months - a little too short but it did help a bit with my neck pains. After a few months however, it is way too short (height wise) and seems to cause me pain. I would definitely try a pillow of this shape but maybe looking into one that's a couple of inches taller.

Helped my headaches and stiff neck all good away. I wake up refreshed and well rested now!

** Update 4-15-25 **I finally did get the “riser” pillow only to discover that it is under an inch thick and compresses so easily that it doesn’t add any actual height to the pillow when used.I added this “riser” under the pillow and have used this for a few weeks after and found no discernible difference most likely due to the “riser” being is very thin foam and not of the same material as the pillow is made from.Even with the riser and continued use I wound up still waking up like I did in my initial review.While the pillow worked at keeping my neck from moving, the riser did not help at all unfortunately.I have switched back to a regular pillow now as I wound up with a stiff neck in the middle of the night from continued use. Using a regular pillow for the past week has alleviated my pain and breathing issues.It was worth trying but ultimately this pillow did not help.** Original Review **The pillow came vaccum sealed in a bag and once removed expanded to its normal size. It has a well made cover and the pillow itself doesn’t emit any odor which was a concern from other reviews.However the pillow itself is too short in height for me personally. Even after the two week break in period which is noted on a included card regarding some discomfort while your neck adjusts, I would repeatedly wake up during my sleep from not being able to breathe as a result of my neck being so flat from using this pillow.I reached out to customer service about a riser pillow and was asked to provided my order number and shipping contact info which I did and was told one would be sent.A week later I followed up on the status and was now told that the riser pillows were on back order but would be shipped as soon as they arrive, that was Feb 1st.I’ve had no further updates from the company who makes the pillow on my request , haven’t received the riser and I have had to stop using this pillow and while ai have neck pain from my other pillow I don’t wake up every night from not being able to breathe as a result.If the company can provide a riser I can update this review.
