Seems to Work Well
The headset seems to work well. I don't have any issues with patients telling me that they echo like other reviews but it seems with the noise canceling that they cannot hear me so I have to talk really loud into the mic which is the only downfall. Other than that, it's great and comfortable

The best wfh headphones.
I have purchased so called fancier Logitech headphones that broke within a week A N D did not actually mute me when I clicked mute. Imagine working from home with your family at home and a customer actually hearing you yell "shut up I'm on a call!" Terrible. These are cheap and reliable, comfortable and hassle free, the cord is extra long which is so convenient since I am working from my laptop, on WIFI, and probably the best part of all, they MUTE you when they say MUTE. They're SO quiet I've had customer's say "are you there?" even though I wasn't muted and cocomelon was playing in the background. I'd buy these again and again.

Plastic started to crack after 2 months use
I purchased these so that I could have my company issued ones at work and these for my home office which I am at 2 days out of the week. The plastic on the headphones started to crack and I ended up taping them back together only after 2 months of use, again only 2 days a week. I ended up having to purchase new ones to use from plantronics. I hope they hold up better than these did.

good sound quality, but maybe dependent on source USB
These sound very nice, unusually with good highs for the price. Where they are let down is that they seem to be dependent on the USB source - on a 2010 MacBook Pro they were intermittent when I tried them, while plugged into a more recent desktop PC they work fine.

Purchased it for adapter
I purchased this solely for the adapter as companies charge the same amount with or without headphones so I opted in getting the headphones fur free . So I don't know quality of sound but adapter works Great.
