7inch/ 18cm Standard Reflector Diffuser with 10/30/50 Degree Honeycomb Grid for Bowens Mount Studio Light Strobe Flash

I wanted to control the spread of my light on my background, or when I am using a kicker light. These do a great job! Helps to control the light on the background. Can light just the center behind the subject which is nice, or if I am using a kicker light, helps control where the light falls on the subject. Grids are easy to change and like the fact that there are three to chose from to get just the right amount of light spread.

As a Professional Photographer of many many years I have made many (DIY) Modifiers. Some good, some not so good. But at my age, I tend to "BUY" instead. On this product I got than my money's worth. The entire kit is metal. Good build all the way around. Yes it is! The grids are very concise and light, as is the rest of the kit. I mounted this on a NEEWER S MOUNT. The fit of the grids is perfect and the Black color of the housing as well as the silver interior is very nice. It really looks good in my studio and performs as it should. I will use it for many ideas. This type of modifier is not new to me, it's just that I ordered it instead of DIY. CONCLUSION: A VERY GOOD PRODUCT ! It's a standard reflector with bowens mount. Fits great on the Neewer and Godox speedlight brackets and on my studio lights with bowens mount. The grids are the best part, really love the 10 degree one. I would love to be able to purchase the grids alone, but for the price getting them with another reflector is worh it.

My review title pretty much says it all. To say more, the grids work well but are a bit clunky to attache and remove. It feels like they might break at some point. But the reflector is great. And at this price point I wouldn't be afraid of my comments about the grids. In the event that something went wrong it isn't too much of a loss.

This defuser/grid system is as good as ones that cost many times what this company charges for theirs. It's well-made, does the job, and is a fair value.

It is a standard 7 inch reflector. The lip on the end is larger than other standard reflectors, so my diffusion screen won't clip onto it. The reflector and grids seem well made. While it works fine on my lights that have LED modeling lamps, they do not fit over my lights with E27 modeling lamps. The grids will either get pushed out of the reflector or smash your modeling bulb. As long as your strobes have LED modeling lamps, they will work fine. If not, then find another reflector and grid set.

Before ordering I measured a few lights and found the diameter varied a bit, even when they were supposed to be "Bowen S-mount." So I wondered if this Neewer reflector would actually fit properly. It does, on my GVM 80. Neewer seems to make good stuff.

Definitely a good purchase. I purchased these with gel filters, gaffers tape, and tripods. The included honeycombs are definitely a plus.

Excellent modèle/support de nids d'abeille. Bonne qualité de fabrication. Attention aux possesseurs de flashs Godox (type SK-II), le modeleur est d'une taille supérieure à celui fourni avec le flash. D'ailleurs, celui fourni n'est pas suffisamment profond et la lampe de modélisation aurait touché le nid d'abeille.

Perfect and work very well

El acabado interno sube un diafragma la potencia de tu flash. El material es sólido y ligero. El acabado en negro mate lo hace lucir muy chulo. Se nota que puede durar años. Se adapta bien a la montura Bowens de Godox. Como punto negativo: la concentración del haz es un tanto instable, tiende a concentrase en exceso en el centro, así que trabajar a menos de 2 metros hará que se note un poco ese efecto.

50 degree grid arrived slightly defected. Other than than everything look ok. Yet to try.
