Rolling along in style.
I have a Nitro rollator that is a sturdy heavy weight great item. I use it even to take the trash to the bottom of the driveway. It's close to 18 lbs and although it's doable, getting it in and out of the backseat of the car is somewhat of a chore. I'm getting ready to take a cruise in a year and need something that is light, compact, still sturdy, and can easily fold to fit in narrower spaces while remaining supportive. This is it. It's pretty good looking as such things go, too. I have the ivory one. (It's absolutely true that there's zero assembly involved, by the way.) The seat supports me fine but I do have a seatback on order for that little extra comfortable support -- that part is extra. (For the price, I do think they could toss this feature in.) This one is very easy to take into and out of the back seat. It rolls great. And I'll enjoy breaking it in for the next year and figuring out how far I can go with it comfortably. Compared to the Nitro, they each have their charms. The Nitro has these super big front wheels. The ultralight has four regular size wheels. Hopefully they hold up fine in a vacation environment. Or just around town. I'm going to keep this one in the car and the Nitro in the house -- since the Nitro I use for lots of things like moving boxes or anything from room to room. The only downside to this one is, frankly, the price. I'm not saying it's not worth it. I'm just saying it will be a dealbreaker to a number of people. I'm counting on it working a long time with no problems. Before buying any of these products, I would give lots of thought to exactly the features that really matter to you. This one is a great choice for those looking for something light but sturdy and well built and easily taken in and out of an ordinary car or SUV. Main Features Again: very light, great looking, and supportive. Only Drawback: Pricey. If anything changes in the next few months in terms of how it holds up, I'll add to this review.

Not safe, not durable, obviously very cheap plastic materials, poor materials design
Physically broke within 5 weeks of purchase This product is not safe for the market. Poor quality, very cheap plastic materials. This happened by simply removing the folded byACRE rollator from the car. Very cheap back rest product for an expensive amount of money. Just past the Amazon return period and byACRE not responsive. Great, light, strong, good looking unit
This backrest fit my wife much better than the original larger one on her byACRE Rollator. It's well made & sturdy yet comfortable.

Undersized and Useless
Not even fit for a child! This is far too shallow for any adult to use.

Lots to love but a big, big note of caution
I love a lot about this rollator. The design is super snazzy and it handles really well. It's lightweight and easy to fold up. The seat is comfortable although a tiny bit high - I got the regular size, I'm 5'4" and it's just a tiny bit too high, and the smaller version of the rollator would have had too narrow a seat for me. Overall, a solid choice, but - there's a BIG consideration before buying. If your primary use a rollator is for the ability to sit down comfortably, this may not be the rollator for you. The backrest is sold separately and is pretty expensive, considering how expensive the rollator already is. Beyond that, the backrest is designed pretty terribly. It takes a ton of hand and core/back strength to twist into place, and if you're disabled like me (...the whole reason I need a rollator) that's not an ideal design. The draw of the byAcre rollator is that it's so easy to fold up, which is part of why I bought it - so I could travel with it. However, the design of the traveling case (also extra, also expensive) does not accomodate the back attachment, so you have to take it on and off with great difficulty if you want to use the case. I wish I had done better research and realized this before I made the investment. I will update this review if my opinion changes after additional use, but for now, use caution if a backrest is important to you.

Total waste of money.
I bought the byAcre Rollator for my wife shortly before leaving on an extended trip. It was great, so I bought the backrest which was delivered just in time before we left. Even though I have strong hands, I couldn't snap the backrest onto the rollator, which meant that my wife surely wouldn't be able to do it. It's a shame that such a well-designed product as the rollator had such an expensive but useless extra-cost accessory. Especially annoying is that by the time we got back, it was too late to return the product.

I had to buy the backrest separate from the walker. The walker is the one my husband uses in the car (because it is light and easier for me to lift). It has seen very light use. In just over 2 years the back rest has cracked & broken in half. It's far too expensive to last for such a short time. I want a nylon fabric replacement but byAcre doesn't seem to have one. A backrest rest is a must for safety.
