Hose Compatible with Shark Navigator Vacuum NV80 NV60 NV42 NV70 NV71 NV46 NV90 NV22 NV26 UV410 NV44 NV95 Replacement Part No.1114FC

I bought this for our Shark NV22L. It is a decent replacement for this model. It installs easily and does work well even though it is a slightly different design. Besides the possibility that there might be different material types and thicknesses it is a bit longer than the original. This is good for reach but it will not stay looped onto the bottom hook when connected to the tube that goes down to the floor nozzle. I have been putting some twists in it to help with this. The other thing is that it is missing the two 1/2"diameter holes in the one end that you can vacuum from. If you ever use this end, without the brush or anything attached, to clean up your skin watch out. It will attach to you very firmly and quick.It is still much better than having tape on the old split hose, though.

Works just as well as the original just does not have a suction adjustment on the hose.

My shark was still working well after 5+ years except the hose developed a small hole. Almost bought a new vaccum until I found this replacement hose. It is much longer than the original so it flops around some but it saved me tons of money!

This is just the right replacement for my cracked hose. It arrived quickly and in excellent packaging.

We had duct tape in multiple spots on our original Shark vacuum, due to multiple hose tears over the years. Many people stated they didn’t like the end on this hose because it does not have the suction switch option like the original hose does. Well, I switch the ends. The hose end coupler has threads on it and the hose threads into the fitting. So I removed the original fitting from the old hose, removed the new fitting from the new hose (tossed the new fitting), applied liquid nails to the threads of the original fitting and installed the new hose. I let it dry for a day before use, and tried it out. It works great! It’s amazing how much suction was gained back by replacing this hose. The duct tape wasn’t sealing as much as I though. Yes, the hose is longer than the factory hose, but that’s manageable. Now time will tell how long this hose will hold up.

drill a hole thru hose and wand with 3/8 " drill bit. this will release suction by testing the wand to line up holes.

The hose works just fine, but I have to wrap it around the handle so it doesn’t drag on the floor.

Even though it states that this hose fits the Shark Navigator NV355 it doesn't. Unfortunately I had to send it back.
