So far I love it. Easy to set up and use the usb port as well as the cable that hooks to my computer to load up the frames internal storage. Best of all, I have folders on my Zip drive that when I select the frame only shows the pictures in that folder. Same goes with the internal storage. So if you only want a non WiFi frame, get this. The only downside is that the remote is a little bit tricky to use

I love the frame. Set up was easy and the pictures are clear. Only issue is my videos play sideways.

Wasn’t made to the standards that wanted

I bought the 10inch unit but that's really too small. So I sent it back for refund. The device controls are completely unintuitive bordering on the bizarre and the remote control quality is so low it's hard to believe. Half the time it doesn't even work even if you are pointing the remote exactly where they tell you too on the face and bottom edge of the frame. Control from the back of the unit is very awkward. The picture quality is relatively good though. It does play videos as well, although for some reason, the unit complained every single one could not be loaded, but then it did load them anyway. Pictures, seems no problem. From what I can tell, you either play videos OR pictures, but you cannot mix the two. I might get the 14in version, but will shop around first. The overall quality of the frame is very average, it feels very light and fragile. The frame itself from the front of the unit is uneven as if the parts had not been assembled properly. But the price is attractive compared to others; you get what you pay for.

Nice frame. The function can be improved is how photo fit to the screen. If I choose fit to screen, then if the photo shape does not exactly fit the frame, there will be black background shown. In another option, if there is not black background shown, parts of photo will be cut

Bought this as a gift for parents that do not live in the area and they love it now they can see pictures of adult children, grand children and great grand children. Very easy to set up and the remote is perfect for them to shut it off at night. Picture quality is great! Would recommend this product to others.

I like the look of the product, but it struggles do it's only job - display pictures.The contrast of the screen is not great unless you view it at the perfect angle.Some of the pictures that I loaded do not display correctly on this unit, despite the fact that they look great on my mac and on my PC. There are incorrectly colored horizontal bars. Other pictures come out incredibly grainy despite being high resolution, so clearly some scaling issues.Lastly, if you load pictures from a Mac, the picture frame reads any system and hidden folders. I had to connect the frame back to a PC and delete the system files left there by the mac in order for it to work correctly.
