I'm not convinced about toxins being drawn out of your body as your body is pretty well equipped to do that for us and the sticky black stuff on the pad after wearing them could be down to mosture reacting to the pad, im not scientifically knowledgeable enough to know that however, I can say that I've worn them 4 days in a row now and I've slept so soundly and well that they are definitely doing something right. I'm a fickle sleeper so to sleep as well as I have 4 days straight is completely out of the norm. For that, I'm a happy customers and I give 5 stars!

I not sure but I think I was allergic to them, so gave them to my son. Basically my entire body was itching and twitching, I tried keep the patches on though out the night but it was torture, the itching and twitching got worse I couldn’t even sleep. Eventually I took the patches off. after about 5 hours. The itching and twitching continued for a while after removing the patches then I finally fell asleep. I woke up a few hours later no itching or twitching. So decided to place the patches back on just to make sure. With in 20 mins the itching and twitching started up again, so I removed them.Now I would add the patches were black after using them , so I guess it worked. So Just because I got this reaction doesn’t mean you will. Im just sharing my experience.

If possible I would give a - rate complete rubbish.

These patches are good and they do work

They fall off during the night stocking to the sheets unless you wear socks to bed!
