The product seemed substantial, but it only lit after many attempts. I’d like to think it was just a one off that mine didn’t work properly. I got a refund without any difficulties to Amazon, which was great, but I won’t order another one. I’ll order a different brand.

I don't know about a cigar(ette) lighter but as a small torch for smoothing over PLA+ 3D print rough edgese it is great!Very solid metal feel and very adjustable flame from nothing to about 100mm (4") long with an almost all blue pencil pointed flame. Great feel in your hand and easy to operate the push slider with your thumb.Very classy, expensive, look for those into that, and the price was excellent.Shipped and came fast.

I LOVE this torch - it's a good size, well made with quality materials, but not too heavy. My first one of these broke after just over 3 month, which had to ne a fluke. I've owned numerous torches of every type, I can tell the good ones right away. It had come with a card for the warranty, so even though it was well past the time I could do a return on Amazon, I emailed the Seller. The same day they answered me, asked for my address to send a replacement to, & made sure I knew I wasn't obligated to mail in the broken one. Received the new one well before the date they told me I could expect it. Very courteous, helpful Seller, good quailty products. I'll shop this store first from now on, any time i need anything.

I use this torch for crafts, and it hasn't disappointed! Easy to fill and lights every strike. One of the best I've owned.

This is like if Elon Musk / SpaceX/Tesla designed a bbq lighter. Its by far the nicest lighter for fireplaces/bbq's etc. that I've ever seen. I got two of them (gold and a kind a gun metal silver). The flame comes out like the after burner on an F35 when you crank it up so no doubt it'll go through the refillable reservoir like an F35 on afterburner.As mentioned below it does take a second to fully turn off so you have to watch not putting it back in your pocket or somewhere flammable immediately after using it. The silver/gunmetal one is much nicer IMHO than the gold but both are a solid metal with only plastic for the trigger and flow rate knob.These would be great stocking stuffers for any guy that BBQ's or lights fires etc. but keep them away from kids because they are too good. I've not tried them for melting solder but I suspect you could also solder small projects with them, and certainly you could melt heat shrink tubing, do creme brule etc. so a very useful household item too.One of those things that just feels great in your hands and you'll be looking for excuses to start fires with it.Highly Highly recommend so you'll never need one of those crap cheap plastic things again.Only think that would be cooler would be if it came with different longer length necks. Perhaps an extension kit in the next version guys?

This lighter works well for anything you need it for. Unfortunately it's more rose gold than gold. I kinda wish I'd gotten the black instead but I chose the gold so it would stand out against my furniture.
