NeoClear Serum evens out skin tone with Alpha Arbutin and Kojic Acid while soothing with anti-irritant, Allantoin. Protects skin from free radical damage with firming anti-oxidant, Vitamin "C". Directions: Apply a thin layer of NeoClear Brightening Serum directly to brown spots on dry, cleansed skin, preferably at night. This stuff is great!
I make a 1:1 mixture of NeoClear and Carotis serums, pour the solution into a 1/3 oz. roll-on bottle and apply to the affected areas each night and morning. The roll-on bottle allows me not to waste a drop of it. The results that my sister and I have gotten are phenomenal! Skin clearance was fast. I've battled hyperpigmentation on my face since I was 32 years old. Now I'm 51 and it's taken me all this time to finally find a product that works. Also, there is no overpowering odor. I was not compensated to make this comment.
