Developer is as expected and I ordered it for use with Loreal Hair color cream.

They were not sealed and when opened the air wiffed out which gives doubtful feeling regarding the product and can make it was opened before...Wondering if it’s genuine product inside as it wasn’t sealed by company. Please check on that...Not acceptable Yes Delivered in time, now have to see how it works on hair. Will edit and rewrite further...
