at 5'10'' 185lb 46'' chest will this be too tight unless i loosen the adjustment belts alot ? or be too small no matter what ?

I am 6 ft 250lbs with a 50" chest and it fits me fine. The zipper comes up about mid chest or slightly higher on me. It is a little short so I would recommend a belt attachment or something along those lines

Will this fit around a wraparound vest?

Not sure unless the unit is fitted, everyones body structure is different however the unit is fully adjustable
