How difficult is it to break this wire by folding it back and forth on itself just how tough is it

This isn't bailing wire, its stainless steel and it used thought-out Aircraft to hold things in place. it will take a while to break it bending it back and fourth

The Aircraft Stanless Steel Lockwire/Safety wire in question is distributed by MALIN Company, their located in Brookpark, Ohio 44149 and the phone number is (216) 267-9080 and their toll free number is (800) 967-9697. I purchased their - 0.041 gauge wire . P/N - NASM/MS20995C41 - ASTMA580. I have to apologize, but I do not now the estiminated length of wire that is supplied on the roll which is Blue in color. The weight of the roll of wire is supplied in either 1 Lb or 5 Lb rolls. I purchased the 1 pound roll of wire. The length of the wire that is wound on the roll is not indicated on the roll. You may want to contact the company directly and they may be able to assist you with the answer to your question. Will this wire work to cut double sided tape holding a mirror on the wall?

I’m pretty sure I never removed a mirror glued to a wall but I have cut through the sealant on a car windshield

Does your wire work with this clamptite tool

IMO, .032 inch diameter stainless steel wire does not make good hose clamps. I would not use it with a Clamptite tool. I would not even use the .041 wire. However, if you only want light duty hose clamps, yes, any size aircraft safety wire will work with the Clamptite tool. Even plain old mild steel "steel tieing wire" will work. In fact, almost any wire will work.
