It's OK...
Two disappointments - 1) I believe the bottom of the pan isn't completely flat. Whenever I crack eggs into the middle, they immediately roll over to the side of the pan. Maybe that's OK since it gets them away from the higher heat directly over the burner, but it's still been an adjustment. 2) I'm not sure the pan is seasoned very well. Again with fried eggs - I take them out of the pan and they have black residue on the bottom like seasoning is coming off of the pan. I've seen various debates online, with people saying that means the pan hasn't been cleaned well enough - but it happens even after I've cleaned the pan very thoroughly with hot water, dried, and oiled. I'll probably try re-seasoning a couple times to see if that helps.Just a note to add that after I posted this review, the manufacturer contacted me to offer a replacement or partial refund, so I do appreciate the customer service.

Just what I needed
I originally bought the 12 in., which was way too big for me. The 10 in is perfect. I use this cookware very often. Very easy to clean. The only thing was the initial set up of the skillet. I had a friend take the initiative of oiling the skillet and putting it in oven. Not sure if he did it correctly, although it seems so simple. lol. Cause when I tried to clean and reuse, the oil in the skillet was somewhat thick and gummy. I don't think it was baked long enough. Well after some careful clean up. I re-oiled and baked and it's been perfect ever since. Another trick to keep pan nice and oiled. Put a nice coat around the entire pan, then place a paper towel or two to cover pan making sure you press down on the paper towels, leave overnight and voila! You're welcome:-)

I do love it. Finally I've found nice pans
I do love it. Finally I've found nice pans. It self-discipline me, because I have to clean it after I done cooking. I bought, size 10" and size 12". Today I cooked meatballs in it and my husband was impressed. I remember, back from my childhood, that my grandma had them, and I got married, and we were using them. But then we moved to America, and could not bring them with us. That how pan should be. Would last forever. First it was a little bit sticky, but after few uses, it is better than any non-stick. And price is amazing.

Worth the buy.
Summary: The best product for the price.it is a cast iron, came preseasoned and taking propper care of it should last a long time in my kitchen.Only thing I would improve on it is the actual preseason.... it feels like it was lightly seasoned and I had to season it myself, probably have to do it a second time soon enough.I seasoned it once and made some meat with medium heat on it, it worked good... but I will season it a second time since I feel it needs it.I think for the price it is a great buy, not taking any stars from it for that.

Won't ever have a kitxhen without one again!
Can't say enough about how awesome it is to cook with this pan. Comes pre-seasoned right out of the box. I've already used it to cook bacon, blackened chicken, red beans and rice, chorizo sausages, and more. Great for doing a flash braising of meat, and then transfer directly to the oven for indirect heat to finish cooking. Doesn't need much from the stove burner, because this bad boy gets hot evenly and very quickly.

Great pan, rubber handle is a bonus
I bought this for a friend, she loves it and another friend purchased in her suggestion, also loves it.I have a different brand without the removable handle and I know how beneficial that can be!Came well packaged for gifting, retail box.It gets used for oven Pizza or focaccia, searing chicken cutlets for workweek sandwiches, cornbread, and much more.

Still cooked my eggs in oil and the results were eggs sticking worse than my previously worn out pans
Even though it is pre-seasoned I double seasoned this as soon as I got it to be safe.Still cooked my eggs in oil and the results were eggs sticking worse than my previously worn out pans.Only the second time I ever wanted to return a product. Just gotta figure out how

My Son Loves It
Was a Christmas gift for my 22 year old. He cooks a lot of steaks, and does them right. He uses this pan all the time and loves it. He even uses the original box to transport it between his house and mine.Pan is solid. The insulated handle works well.

Good value
Good value. For first time use I seasoned it again with oil. I was making tortillas, and the first one was sticking a bit to the pan. But, after cooking additional tortillas the pan works perfect. Just make sure you add a little more oil for your first time use. The pan is now well seasoned, so I do not believe it will be a problem the next time I use it.Would buy again.

Was good for a 1 year, then there is a large crack
Was god for a 1 year, then there is a large crack that appeared and my skiet is spilling when cooking from the downside, the crack is getting larger and i fear is split in half. Was good, but i am disoippointed it did not last longer. I have another one in good condition, i believe it is a default in this one,

this is a good deal as it came with silicone handle
Value wise, this is a good deal as it came with silicone handle. I can not get anything this size with silicone handle for this price anywhere. The quality seems decent for the price. I would prefer something with a longer handle at this size as it's too heavy for me using 1 hand.
