Excellent book for ITIL foundation preperation

I bought this originally as a companion for my ITIL V4 Foundation course. It helped me clear the exam with a 98% score a few days back. Now I am keeping it by my side as a pocket reference to keep myself refreshed. Highly recommended!

Ottimo compendio per chi vuole riprendere al volo i concetti dell'ITIL 4 sia in fase di ripasso pre esame che come handbook nella quotidianità; forse un po troppo risicato per prepararci l'esame. Consigliato se affiancato al testo ufficiale della TSO.

its good, but the font size on diagrams is like 4pt and requires an effort to read
