Amazing tool !!
First off the tool is heavy duty and looks and feels professional. Mind you I have never double flared a brake line in my entire life with the exception of trying to use a $30 flaring tool kit that would not flare anything. This tool however did a perfect double flare on the first attempt, seriously mind blown 💥. Thought it was beginners luck, did two more in a row and perfect double flares. This tool Is worth every penny, do not waste your money on the $25-50 flaring kits they suck. Tip, search how to flare with the model number of this tool and there is is how to video because the directions are not great. Thank God for Youtube How to videos!

So easy a cave man can do it
It could just be me, but the struggle has always been real in regards to brake line flaring. The last vehicle I had to make a new line for required about 3 or 4 of the "parts store" style flaring tools before I got one that lined up decently. I did buy an ISO/DIN bubble flare kit that worked the first try. Anyway, this TGR pro brake line flaring tool worked great out of the box. Instructions are written by a english speaking individual and clear they are. I've only flared 1 line from the MC to the combonation/proportioning valve on a 2nd gen ram 1500. These 2 bubble flares came out great, zero time wasted(as I completed this task in a 30 min lunch break) to complete. Highly recommend if you have once struggled with the "parts store" kits, ditch those and forever be content with flaring anything. Do it!

ITS EASY TO USE AND PERFECT ! ! 😁
I had a stroke and only have the use of 1 hand, I have the MasterCool hand held hydraulic flaring tool, can use on cars, worked great, BUT can’t use it single handed, this tool is the same manufacturer that makes Eastwood’s, they are all the same manufacturer, companies pay to put their labels on it, and on Amazon it’s over 50.00 dollars cheaper and the same tool . It comes with a 1 yr warranty, but the 2 year extended warranty and 3 yr total warranty . . This tool WORKS GREAT ! DEBUR the line and get light grease dip the line in it before flaring, brake cleaner cleans the line after finished WORKS PERFECT ! Never go back to the old way ! !

Really great compared to the cheaper clamp design ones, NEEDS A VISE!!!
If you're going to be doing more than 2-3 brake lines ever I would strongly recommend this. It does need a large vice in order to use it though so as a result it is not very portable and should not be used for brake lines not outside a vehicle. I have done around 18 brake lines with this tool and every time it does a good job. Comes with a storage case as well for the tool and dies which is great.

Works great
Had no problem right out of the box, quick set up and started making new lines. The flares come out great and pretty quick. Don't waste your money on those cheap clamp flare kits with the wing nuts, they are complete garbage.

Was Impressed. Worked on 3/16" Stainless. Flawed, Don't know how long it will last!
This tool is a dream to use compared to the cheap hand-held ones. It makes double flairs in NiCopp without any fuss. It does double flares in SS but I was having trouble getting a good looking seat in the flare. Turns out the mandrel that does the final operation on a double flare was damaged and the finish fairly rough. I think the guide pin part of it is too small. I had to machine it on my lathe to get it to make a smooth finish on my flares. That is when I discovered that the mandrels are dead soft steel. They are not hardened at all. There's no telling how long these will last if you are flaring stainless steel. I think this is a decent value. Made in Taiwan, not China. However the mandrels are soft. If you turn and pull the release pin, where it comes all the way out, you will lose the ball for the detent/stop. A poor design! I think this tool is capable for flaring 3/16" stainless but you need to examine the mandrels and see if they are smooth. The handle is a little short and will really take some effort to do larger than 3/16". Note that it can do a 37° DIN flare on 4.75mm tubing (which is essentially 3/16" size). The rest of the dies are 45°.

Outstanding!
Had to run all new brake lines in the old truck. Had to make bubble flares, but the original tool that I bought WOULD NOT make one that looked even close to passable. It was another cheaper brand, that didn't mount in a vise. I finally broke down, and spent the money on this. You get what you pay for, when it comes to making bubble flares. This thing makes a PERFECT, to near perfect, bubble flare, every single time. It's just about foolproof, as long as you follow the directions. So easy to use as well. I had to make a bunch of bubble flares, as I ran all new NICOPP lines everywhere. Not a single one leaked. Remember, this thing mounts in a vise, so make sure you have one handy. It's not meant to use underneath your car.

Great quality, you get what you pay for!
I picked up the TGR Professional Brake Line flaring kit and it’s exactly what you want if you’re doing serious brake line work. It’s beefy, well‑machined, and built to handle double and single flares cleanly without binding or misalignment. Once everything is set up, the flares come out consistent and tight, which makes the finished brake lines feel like a shop‑level job rather than a DIY hack. This isn’t the cheapest tool you can find, but that’s the point it’s a full professional setup, and the quality shows in how smoothly it works and how accurate the results are. If you’re making multiple lines or want confidence that your flares will hold under pressure, this kit delivers.

Works really well. A bit pricey for the amount of use I will give it. But so reliable. i will save it on pipe i won't need to re-bend because a flare failed and i had to cut the pipe back. Used on copper 3/16th so far. But have plans for future air-con installation.
