Ce couteau est très leger, pas fragile comme beaucoup de couteaux céramiques, très bonne prise en main et super coupant, aucun effort pour couper n'importe quel aliment. Vraiment génial!

seems well made , good handle and feel, very sharp so far I've only had it a bout 3 days , still sharp ... time will tell. happy so far.
