I’ve been struggling with carpal tunnel pain and wrist numbness at night due to long hours on the computer. After trying a few cheap wrist supports that either cut off circulation or slid around all night, I gave this one a shot — and I’m glad I did.Right out of the box, the quality is solid. The metal splint provides excellent stability without feeling like you’re wearing armor. It holds my wrist in a natural position while I sleep, which has noticeably reduced my nighttime tingling and pain. I have medium-sized hands, and the S/M fit perfectly — snug but not tight.One thing I appreciate is that it’s low profile enough to wear during the day when I’m typing or driving if needed. I ordered the S/M size and it fits just right. The Velcro allows you to tighten or loosen as required. If you have ever had carpel tunnel flare on you, then you know you need support and comfort to wear a brace all day. I wear this at night as well and it is pretty comfortable. I haven't tried washing it yet but so far it is holding up very well.

I fell just hard enough to not break my wrist, so it was pretty painful. I mostly wanted to give it a good chance to heal, so I wore this brace for a couple of weeks. The fit was comfortable and the metal brace is the perfect thickness to support, but not be too heavy. It is easy to adjust to fit and the velcro holds steady.

This brace works really nicely, the comfort is very nice as I’m able to sleep with it on just fine, or wear it throughout the day for my carpel tunnel. My only complaint is that it’s a little too big, and I need to fasten it tighter but I can’t.. (you can see in the photo how I can’t fasten it any tighter) my hands are on the smaller size, so I’m not sure if I would recommend it for those with small hands.

Great Product! Wearing them allows me to sleep through the night without the numbness/tingles. Sturdy but very comfortable. Good materials especially the soft fabric insert that separates your skin from the main fabric. Nice touch!

Works great. Fits great. I wear them all night, as recommended by my doctor, not during the day. My issue with carpal tunnel have all but disappeared as long I wear them when I sleep.

I don't ever write these things but I was so impressed by this product that I have to! I've been having mild numbness and tingling in my right hand on and off for a month ( the beginnings of Carpal Tunnel syndrome). So, I needed a wrist brace. I went on Amazon and I must have spent 30 mins looking at different braces and reading different reviews! There are so many on the market. And everyone says something different about each one. I didn't know which one to pick. But, I saw this one and it looked comfortable and sturdy-- like it would do the job in keeping my wrist stable and out of pain. Amazon was able to ship it and get it to me the SAME day!! I've been using it regularly ever since! It is such a wonderful brace and it more than does the job! It relieves the numbness and tingling. I can feel it working when I use it. Also it's comfortable and doesn't hurt; it isn't too bulky either. Trust me, it WORKS!! I would recommend it to anyone experiencing the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel. It was reasonably priced and I believe it is well made enough to last a long time!! Excellent product. Just buy it!! ;)

I broke my wrist and no cast was recommended, however this brace was. Very comfortable and support is awesome. The Velcro straps allow for adjustability. Perfect for sprains too.
