Sailor Moon Vol. 3

Great, but...
Sailor Moon is an anime that I grew up watching, English version, and then later the majority of the Japanese versions. I love the series, I think it's excellent [although, I didn't realise just how much was about falling completely and utterly in love it was about] I was really excited to start reading the manga! I've been wanting to read it for such a long time! With any luck they'll release new versions of the anime as well. This story, as others have said picks up straight from the cliffhanger of the last book, and ends on a cliffhanger too. [How long to the book?] I loved it, except for one thing - which is nothing to do with the actual storyline, but rather the book itself. I'm not sure how many others experienced this with this version of the book, but my particular version of the book was misprinted. A few pages into the story, the reading method reversed [as in returns to the Western way of reading rather than remaining in the Japanese form]. Shortly after this it reverts back to traditional manga. I'm also inclined to believe that there are a few pages of the story missing as there's one section that doesn't fully conclude the story [when the control room is being attacked and Sailor Moon is at the North Pole].For this reason alone I am reducing the star rating of this particular novel, as it's a pretty obvious thing to miss when checking translations and styles! Otherwise, it's a brilliant read and I recommend the story to anyone interesting in this sort of thing!

Lovely to look at
My daughter loves it. These mangas are lovely to look at and beautifully made. I almost kept them for myself.
