I'm sure these do the job but I couldn't get passed the horrible taste. Look great though and the case is very handy. Will be sticking to non fluoride toothpaste!

Not great
I tried one of these sticks it does make your teeth smooth by taking of the plaque off the top but no change in colour. There is a slight taste to it but I didn't mind it Unfortunately it went mouldy in it's carry tube so I don't use it now just leave it out to dry off but it has shrunk so is now thin shame it doesn't work as expected but it's cheap enough to give it a go
