Sacroiliac Life Saver
I suffer from SI joint dysfunction that makes sitting unbearable. These packs have given me my life back. I keep them in the frig and when I want or need to sit, I place one under each buttock. The coolness kills the nerve pain, allowing me to sit comfortably for 30-60 min. without pain. They enable me to drive, dine out, work at my computer, a movie (I take a spare pair in an insulated tote bag), & just enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch, listening to the birds rather than dwelling on the pain. From time to time they need replacing as they begin to leak from the corners, but it's a small price to pay for the relief they have given me. Thank you Jack Frost!!

These are great if you have a lot of pain in your back or shoulder.

These hold the cold very well.
These are the ice packs the Cleveland Clinic uses. They are the best packs I have found. I am currently. Using them after a knee replacement and they hold the cold really well.
