Use to store food in freezer
These are so great they stay soft and rubbery. The square kind we bought get very brittle. There are longer lasting.

Great Containers
I like to make soup for people when they’re under the weather so these are perfect to use, and I don’t worry about getting them back! They would also be good in storing leftovers of whatever!

Good if you hand wash them.
These are good freezer containers for pork green chili and soups and similar stuff. The lid sealing is stellar and it takes some effort to get the lids off. There is no sign of leaking.My only complaint is that in the dishwasher, both the bowls and lids absorb the taste and smell of the soap (Cascade Platinum). It’s just that kind of plastic, like Pyrex lids. I have to use Saran Wrap under Pyrex lids or the soap flavor leeches into the food. So I clean these by hand with a mild soap (Seventh Generation dish soap with zero fragrances or dyes). They’re a challenge to wash because they’re somewhat flimsy when the lids are off and slippery when coated with grease. However, I’ve not yet found better half-gallon containers. Too many Mason jars have cracked after taking them out of the freezer.

These are fantastic to send yummies to the kids!
These are sturdy! Not flimsy at all!! I made home made pea soup, chili and filled three of each! Put them in the freezer when all was cooled down ~ Made a lb of homemade macaroni salad with tuna and filled two containers to the top. My adult children are on their way home with some ready meals for the week. This is an excellent purchase. I did tape a sticky note on each one that reads “mom’s container ~ bring back for refills 😊”

Great storage
Eating out is terrible for our health & pocketbook.I find sales cook in bulk freeze some share some with friends.Fits well in dorm refrigerators.Makes good meals easy on the go! Take out of the freezer reheat and you have a clean fast meal!
