This is the first silicone baking item I have ever used. I wasn't sure if you need to put the little paper liners in, so the first time using these, I did. Everything baked well.Due to reading the reviews prior to purchasing, I knew I needed to put the muffin pan on a baking sheet in order to stay put. I did try to pick one up after filling it, but it was very flimsy and would probably spill on just a plain oven rack.The next time, I used a little bit of cooking spray, but no liners. Everything baked well this time, too, and the cupcakes were easy to remove. Cleanup was easy, since they can go on the top rack in the dishwasher. Even when I used them without cooking spray and just putting the batter straight in, the muffins/cupcakes came out easily and everything cleaned up well.Love the bright red color, too.I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for silicone muffin pans. Just remember to put them on a baking sheet prior to filling.

I really like these muffin pans. Everything pops right out of them. They bake very well. The only down fall is trying to put them in the oven you need support like a cookie sheet because they are not sturdy alone.

I use these mainly to make mini egg bites. They are floppy, like most silicone bakeware, so be sure to use a cookie sheet under it. They work very well, and I love how they can be washed in the dishwasher.

My first time using silicone cookware and I was very surprised. I used a banana nut muffin box mix and they baked perfectly, popped out easily (no additional spray used) tasted good for a box mix and clean up was way easier than my metal pans. I think I will try some egg mixtures next. I was able to align the pan so that I didn't need to use a baking sheet underneath- but will use one for egg mixtures.

If you are going to make egg bites, mini omelets, quiches or whatever you call them, you NEED these pans! (I made hundreds for a brunch wedding reception, froze them and reheated them on the big day! They were perfect and easy peasy!) Well, I have to admit at first I made the mistake of trying to use my metal pan and even with cooking spray the eggs were glued to the pan! Soaking those babies didn't help! (RIP old pan...) Then I ordered two sets of these silicone pans and they worked perfectly! You will want to use a cookie sheet under them for support. 2 pans just fit on my large cookie sheet. Clean up is easy. Even a teenager could do it!

I really like this silicone mini muffin tray. Worked really well and the banana nut muffins came out with nothing sticking. Looking through the reviews and people saying that it is flimsy kind of blows my mind. It's made of silicone, it's going to be flimsy. It serves its purpose well though. Fits perfectly into my French door countertop oven. When I filled up each cavity with the muffin batter I had it on top of the wire rack for the oven and on the countertop. That way it wasn't flimsy putting it into the oven. Just lifted the wire rack up and slid it in. Highly recommend.

I purchased these for an experimental pudding shot recipe - mini chocolate chip cookie cups filled with a peanut butter whiskey pudding shot. Basically to make the mini cookie cups, I put refrigerated mini chocolate chip cookie dough squares in each cup, baked them and pressed in the centers of the cooked dough with a floured spoon handle; the pudding shot filling went in the cookie cups. They were a hit at the party, but they were also pretty small; next time I'm using regular sized muffin cups.The cookie shots were easy to pop out because of the flexible silicone; I'm not sure I'd be able to remove them with a rigid metal mini muffin pan. This pan was also pretty easy to clean in the dishwasher top shelf.

Using these silicone baking molds for dipping Oreo cookies at my events was a game-changer. Having struggled with messy hand-dipping in the past, these molds made the process a breeze. The results were not only clean but looked professional, elevating the presentation.
