Fit my tool and sets the nutsert
After purchasing a nutsetter and two boxes of additional rivnuts i discovered that my nee tool didn’t come with the 1/2 13 mandrel and the company fidn’t offer one yet. After a bit of research I found this one which fits my tool and works better than the bolt and nut I had to use.

Good replacement to Astro 1442 mandrels
Good replacement. Didn't feel any different than the ones I got with My Astro 1442. People complaining about the mandrel breaking are either not careful when unscrewing it after riveting or do not have the head in proper position for the size they are working with. If you are using a smaller size screw like M5 or 10-24 your head needs to be set as low as possible so the Mandel isn't being pulled past the compressed portion of the riveting nut when you are at the end of the setting motion. You can tell your setting is off if you Ihave to apply a lot of pressure at the end of the compression. It's an easy mistake to make, and one I made myself, which is why I had to get my replacement. Once I figured out the correct setting on the head, the process of settling the rivets did not take a lot of pressure and the rivets did not look like they were crushed on the inside. Test it out and get the feel of the tool on scrap material before you start using it on your application. Good luck.

Should have been included with the riveter.. but..
This works with the Rivnut setting tool i got a week or so back, i needed to do a bunch of 8/32 in some aluminum piping. the rivnut kit i bought came with metric and SAE mandrels but for some reason didn't come with this popular (marine use) size (8/32).. soooo i bough this thing. works great, was afraid it wouldn't be compatible with my rivnut setter, but it was.

Fit my Amjoy tool
Bought to replace the one that came with my Amjoy tool that broke the first time I used it. It fot properly and worked as it should. Just be careful not to use to much force or you will break it.

Fits Cornwell nut setter
My buddy busted the spot welded nut inside the floor pan for his subarus driveshaft center bearing. There was absolutely no way to nut and bolt it because the spot welded nut was inside a cavity part of the floor pan amd would require some serious cutting or welding. My cornwell nut setter kit only goes to m8 so I noticed this piece looks quite familar and went ahead and ordered it. Its the exact same part but also an upgrade to M10. This and the big kit full of fasteners had the driveshaft bolted up to 40 - 50 ft lbs within minutes. What a deal, very happy with no tool man prices or waiting weeks

Replacement tool accessory was missing a piece.
Had an issue with the item shipped. They resolved the issue immediately and replaced the part with no hassles, allowing me to complete my project utilizing the replacement tool part. Would definitely recommend utilizing them in the future.

Buy 2 for when you break the first.
These worked for the majority of my project after breaking the first one I bought. They are just so thin that if you apply to much pressure the tip will break off.

Stronger than the Astro part it replaced
I bought this after breaking the Astro tool mandrel the first time I used it. It’s installed dozens of inserts now and is holding up fine.
