How long does one bottle last you?

Since you only need to use it once or twice a week and a little goes a long way it should last at least 2 - 3 months.

Is this product a rough consistency or smooth?

Its grainy because its a scrub but goes on smooth. Its not rough and is pretty much like any other product similar. Its designed for your feet and is a pumice so you shouldn't expect it to be like lotion.

Can this scrub be used in the shower on wet feet? I thought all scrubs were used in that way but I just read to use on dry feet?

It works better on dry skin. I also use it on my hands once in a while. I have even used it on dry elbows. Solved the problem immediately. No more dry elbows.

Does the scrub contain walnut shells, corn meal, or other abrasives other than pumice?
