My chiropractor recommended it, she wants me to do therapy at home, three times a week. It works better when you put a towel in the center to elevate your head, if not you might get tingling in neck/shoulder area. She suggested doing 3 to 4 pumps and holding 10 sections before release, do it 15 times and on the last one hold starting a 5 min and working up to 15 min. I have seen a difference.

how many weeks/ months does it take to fix curve of a straight neck if using this every day?

As I chiropractor, I can see that there is no way to know how long it will take. When the straight neck is the result of muscle spasm, the curve returns as soon as the spasm is release. When it is part of a complex structural issue, it can take months or years. The longer it has been present, the longer it takes. Severe structural anomalies may prevent the curve from ever returning. Still, this will help prevent it from getting worse.

Did it help provide relieve for a pinched nerve C7?

I have been using older model on loan from chiro for c7 and been helping a lot . Wondering why the change from chin strap though.
