This tea is amazing and very affordable. It works just as well as the fancy expensive tummy teas. I used a Bluetooth digital scale to track my weight loss over the last 4 weeks. I was initial 167 and as of today I am 157. This is without dramatically changing my weight loss or without exercising regularly. This tea is amazing and well worth it. If this is your first time drinking detox tea I would suggest starting with one cup a day and then upgrade to 2 a day.

This tea works very well when constipated. One cup can take effect within a few hours with none-mild cramping/bloating. Much more natural stimulant. Do not take regularly or long term to a voice bowel dependence which is common with Cassia angustifolia leaves. Tastes good with some honey. This should not be used for weight loss or daily since it is a laxative and diuretic and you will off-balance your fluids and electrolytes greatly.

I know I’m supposed to take it twice a day but do to my work hours is difficult to take it in the mornings when leaving for work so i take it before going to bed. Don't know about weightloss since I already do intermittent fasting, but....Drank some one day and two days later the cleanse began. Taste is normal as other herbal teas. I put tea bag in coffee pot filter and 'brewed' it that way. Just like making coffee. Instructions have different way of doing it. I did what was easy for me.

I think it’s an expired product. I have bought this from another seller before and it was very effective. I have been using this for couple of days and it’s only effect was nausea.
