What a wonderful belt. I have had many "heavy duty" work belts over the years, and this is the first Ariat belt I have purchased and it has been a very pleasant surprise.First off though, you should know that these belts fairly accurately track your waist/pants size - e.g. if you wear 38 pants, the Ariat 38 belt is that size. I have also personally checked the other sizes in this model and the statement is true up to size 46, and am reasonably confident that this is true for the other sizes in this model line.The belts are 100% single piece leather, and they are THICK. As a matter of fact, they are the thickest belt I have personally seen. Although the belt is good looking enough to wear on dressier occasions than work, the thickness of the belt means you may have a hard time getting it to fit through the belt loops on your trousers. The buckle holes are also sewn and reinforced, as are the edges. The buckle itself is permanently riveted and cannot be removed. The summary of all this is you absolutely need to purchase the size that fits you because there will be no "adjusting" later on. The very positive side of this is the fact that the belt will provide many, many years of durable service for you. That's unusual these days.Highly recommended if you are in the market for a good looking, well constructed, heavy duty work belt at a very reasonable price.

I bought the Ariat belt for my husband, and we’re both really pleased with it! The quality is excellent, and it feels very durable. Plus, it looks super stylish with everything from jeans to dress pants. It’s definitely a great addition to his wardrobe. Highly recommend!

This is a nice belt and based on others reviews I decided to size it up one more than recommended. My waist is 36, description recommended 38, reviews from others suggested ordering larger so I purchased a 40 and it fits perfectly

Finding a belt that fits has been surprisingly challenging. Size 34 belts were all too small, and required me to cinch my waist just to get to the first hole. Size 36 belts were all too loose even at the last hole. And most belts started showing wear and tear after only a week or two of use. This belt was very sturdy, at a good price, and a good style. However, it suffered from the 34-too-small-36-too-big problem, so I had to return it. That said, this is a strong brand. Assuming you're not in an awkward size 35 stage of life, this brand will work great for you.

I like Ariat. I bought an Ariat wallet and it's honestly one of my favorite things. The belt is thick leather and feels really substantial. Like others have said, get it a few sizes bigger than your pants size. I got one two sizes bigger and it fits perfectly on the middle hole.

Quality leather. Heavy enough for ranch work it. Usually I’ll buy a belt and with wear it stretches out. Although I haven’t worn it yet in the hot summer when you really sweat, I don’t anticipate any problems. It’s a good looking belt so I own two. The new one for church and dress up, the other for farm use.
