This Product is just what I needed/ wanted! I bought this for my iPhone 4S because as you all iPhone users know, the battery drains when you are using your phone a lot on the go. I like this because unlike a car charger or wall charger, you can carry this wherever! in stores, mall, parks, and so on! I'm giving this three stars not for the product, I give the charger itself ***** (5 stars!!!!! You will Love it!) the three stars is because the lack of information you get with it. everything the seller describe I got. But the carrying package was just wrapped in a cheat plastic with normal house tape. I was expecting it to be in something better because I paid $55 for it. not only that, it had a hint of cigarette smoke, and the user manual really isn't much. it doesn't explain to full detail like manuals should be. Just really basic information that "lacks information". it doesn't even tell you how long it takes to charge. all it says is the 100% light will turn on. well I charged it for like 7 hours and the 100% light was still blinking. so I unplugged it because it was 3:36 a.m. and in the morning when I plugged in my iPhone 4S in. the battery pack went from 100% to 70% in less than two mins of charging my iPhone 4S. so I'm guessing it takes more than 10 hours to fully charge the battery pack. other than that. it tells you to charge the battery pack via computer. all it shows you is a picture. but every time I plugged it into a computer, it said "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled. To prevent damaging your computer, the USB device drawing too much power has been disabled. Other devices may have also been disabled. When you disconnect the device drawing too much power, your other USB devices will be enabled again.. Other than that, the first timed I used it. I had my iPhone 4S down to 2% and it charged it to 100% in less than half hour time! you will love that this charges your products really fast! I just wished the Manual was more informative than it is. But like I said, the product itself ***** (5 stars) you will not be disappointed!! A bit of a money spender because you can find cheaper ones on other sites, But I trust Amazon 100% more than some of the other sites. Its money that was well spent!

i waited too long to return this item and now I'm stuck with it. the plugs don't stay plugged in to my phone and they also fall out of the charger. I could sit there and hold it together to get a charge but that's not really convenient. my loss for waiting so long.

The Tursion external battery pack is a true workhorse and a really excellent product. On a single charge I was able to recharge my iPod nano, my iPod 30G video, my iPad, and my Kindle, with some juice left over to spare. The selection of charging tips included with the Tursion is decent, and I'm sure you could find more out there if you have a device that utilizes an odd charging node. The durable carrying case included with the product will last a lifetime. I am highly satisfied with this product.
