I havnt had one sweaty night since I bought this thing. It is so comfortable it really feels like I'm sleeping on feathers and clouds. I stay still almost the whole night sleep through the whole night now and don't disturb my husband anymore during the night. I'm not joking we fought so much in the night before this pad and now we don't at all. This pad I highly recommend!

The TL;DR short version of this is that the company initially sent the incorrect item but corrected it incredibly quickly and with amazing customer service. Full explanation below.I ordered the 2” gel mattress topper in King size from Six Star Distributing. A few days after ordering, it arrived at my doorstep. I brought it in and read the instructions, which were helpfully printed right on the inner flaps of the box. The instructions suggested that one place the rolled-up topper on the mattress, and then remove the wrapper and unfold the topper—and then allow it to “relax” for 24 hours (it comes folded in quarters and rolled very tight).I was excited to get started, and so I placed it on the bed and cut off the wrapper, which appeared to be a very strong Tyvek-type of material. I unrolled it lengthwise and then unfolded it width-wise. I immediately realized that it would be too small to fit, even once fully expanded. I then looked a little closer and noted that it had a “Queen” label on the wrapper. In my haste to unwrap it, I failed to note that the company had shipped the incorrect size.I reached out to the company through Amazon’s email messaging proxy service, to explain the situation and determine a process for returning and replacing the topper.The company responded to me within a couple hours—very, very quickly. I corresponded with a Customer Service Representative named “Kim,” who asked me to either take a photo of the topper or tell them what information I could from the box or the wrapping—I had taken a photo at the outset, and so I sent that along. Kim agreed that it did appear to be the wrong size, and that she would ship the correct item immediately. I was worried about the shipping cost and hassle of returning a fairly large and heavyish box. That concern was groundless though—Kim suggested that, if I was able to, I should donate the topper to a local homeless shelter or charity in the company’s name, get a receipt, and send them a photo of said receipt, saying “when we can, we like to try and give to those who may be in need of a better place to sleep!”I have to say, that took me by surprise. It makes good business sense, sure—it saves us both time and the hassle of shipping, it’s a tax write-off for the company, etc.—but beyond that, it’s simply a really good, decent thing to do.You should have seen me trying to get it back in the box. Think of, I dunno, Laurel and Hardy, or a Warner Bros. cartoon from the 1960s. It was . . . ridiculous. But I got it back in there, mostly.Needless to say, I donated to a local shelter who were very thankful for the donation, got the receipt in the company’s name, and sent a photo back to Kim, the Rep., who had in the meantime sent me a FedEx tracking number for the replacement.I received the correct item a couple days later, and went through the same unboxing process. It fits the King-size mattress perfectly.The topper is now on my bed, and . . .It is amazing.I already love to sleep. Sleeping, is, like, one of the BEST things. But with this topper? It’s the most restful sleep I’ve ever had. Choirs of angels singing, a feeling of complete oceanic oneness and total ego dissolution as you float on an ocean of viscoelastic bliss. I've been using it for a week, and I LOVE it.Buy it. And buy it from Six Star Distributing.

This is a super nice topper especially for the price. It was well packaged - took me some time to actually get the box opened and the topper out. You have to be careful not to cut the topper when opening it. It wasn't nearly as heavy as I expected based on another one I have. That was a bonus since this one went on my motorhome bed. We finally were able to sleep on it this weekend and I loved it! Very comfortable, not hard, not hot and didn't raise the bed up so high I couldn't get in without a struggle. This is definitely a keeper. I will give it a little use and then order another one to replace the hard gel topper that is on another bed in the house. I can't see why this one would not last, it looks very much like that hard, heavy one I have.

This is an amazing mattress topper! I have had a better night sleep than I have in years! I have a connective tissue disorder that makes it painful to sleep, but this topper solved my problem. I wake up with much less pain! I love this! I did not notice any smell at all. We just unrolled it, laid it flat and left it for 12 hours. Then put it on the bed and yay! I contacted the company who got back to me in less than a day! This is latex free, and has no natural rubber proteins at all. LOVE THIS TOPPER!!

I LOVE this Mattress topper. We had a brand new mattress that has indents due to stitching, one indent landed right on my lower back and i was waking up with the worst pain every morning. Did a lot of research and finally decided to try this topper. We let it sit out for 24 hours to expand to it's full size (which it does) and then put it on our bed. Although our son has trouble climbing up now because it adds two inches to the height of our bed, it is soooooo comfortable. It feels hard at first but then it forms to your body and has given me a good night sleep every night for the last few weeks. Highly recommend it.

Truly a great item. After a few weeks using this mattress topper, I can truly say it is Great! It does Not get hot like traditional foam toppers. It bounces back quickly. We both love it. A great alternative to buying a new mattress. Well worth the money.

This topper is amazing. Me and my husband were not sleeping well, tossing and turning, hips and back hurting when we got up in the mornings. After we added this topper we slept great, no hurting the next morning. I found no smell and used it about 3 hours after taking it out of the box.

 Is this some kind of joke? Do not listens to paid reviewers. Very deceiving.So much misreading. This is nothing but cheap sponge with some gel here and there. Look at the photo. Firmness is not even. This is not a memory form. Look at the shipping weight.This is nothing look like what other reviewers posted. White sponge with some blue color on edges. This is not acceptable and very deceiving.Look at the photo and Video. This is what you get after the 24 hours.
