Amazing Eyeliner with Vibrant Color
I absolutely love this L.A. Girl eyeliner and have purchased it numerous times. It’s much cheaper on Amazon compared to most other places, which is a big plus. I do heat up the pencil slightly before applying, which helps it go on more smoothly and easily. Once applied, it lasts a long time without needing to be touched up throughout the day. The Spectra Blue color is stunning! I use it on my waterline, and it makes my eyes look even bluer than they actually are. This eyeliner is a game-changer for me, and I completely and totally recommend L.A. Girl eyeliner pencils to anyone looking for affordable, high-quality liners with vibrant colors.

No color and extremely dry
Essentially a useless coloring pencil. The pencil is so dry that none of the color transfers onto the lids. You might as well be drawing a toothpick onto you lids. The formula and texture are not right to deliver the vibrant blue color - barely any color is drawn onto the skin as a liner. Very disappointing.

I like this pencil, but the color I receive is not always consistent. But it is usually close enough.

Spectra Blue
I was looking for L.A. Girl Perfect Precision Eyeliner, Cobalt GP703, but couldn't find it so I tried spectra blue in this LA girl style pencil. Unfortunately you need to go over, while applying it, several times and its still very light for what I wanted. But thank you for making affordable awesome products.
