When I read the other books, I was sold on Spiritual Living. I wanted to know how to learn and put in to practice the Insights in reality. I learned that the experiential guides were just that, and I bought them right away. It would be more fun to practice these sessions with a group of like-minded people, but James included sections for each Insight for individual study.If you want to practice the Insights in your life, this and the other book will take you there.

Our life is a spiritual path. All books by James Redfield are of a big help on this path. To understand clearly I warmly recommend to read and do the exercises in this book.It helped me very, very much years ago. That's why I gave it for a gift to my dear friend.

I love the Insight books! If you've read "The Celestine Prophecy" and "The Tenth Insight" ... then read this one too. This book is just as well written and captivating as the others. I love James Redfield's style and will continue to read his books. I Believe.

If fear is any part of your life and is creating anxiety for you, I highly recommending this experiential guide as an adjunct to The Tenth Insight. I would also recommend that you find a group with which to go thru both the book and the guide as you further explore your fears and anxieties.

The book is very informative and I would recommend the book for those who wish to study the insights more fully.
