Luxe Basics Cover Comfy Contoured Changing Pad Cover, Navy Blue

Finding a gray changing pad cover proved to be a bit difficult so I was beyond excited to run across this one. It is very very soft and thick making it comfortable for your baby. It fit our standard changing pad well. I was however disappointed in the actual color. The image online clearly looks like a deep gray, but in person it has an almost purple hue to it. Needless to say I ended up giving this one away and purchasing a white one to compliment my sons room. I do recommend this changing pad cover just beware that colors may not appear as they do online.

The cover itself is nice - soft and fits well on the contoured pad we're using. I was hopeful that it would match our nursery since it's listed as navy blue, even though the picture looks (to me) lighter than navy. When it arrived though, it was multiple shades lighter than even the picture looks. It is definitely NOT navy. I'd call it Carolina blue. Am not going to return it because I'm sure we'll use it at some point, but I'm again in search of a true navy blue cover.

The bad: Color. This changing pad cover is advertised as and shows up in the pictures and a true, smoke gray but it's actually a light blue gray.The good: Texture and Size. It fits a standard contoured changing pad and the polyester is very soft to the touch, like super soft stuffed animal fur (not sure what technical term for this texture is).Overall, if the color was true it would have been a good buy, but as it is I'm not sure it'll work for my nursery.

This is really a very soft changing pad cover. I do want to "warn" other parents that the Navy Blue, is not even close to being a true Navy blue. It is a very pretty ocean blue but definitely NOT navy. The color still works great in our nursery so we will keep it but if you are looking for true navy, this isn't the one to go with.

Good purchase til you realize you have to wash it any time you get pee or poop on it. If you get this get multiple. I personally end up buy one you can wipe clean.

I love the fabric and it washes up well. It didn't shrink at all. It fits well and looks great. It seems to have a bit more of a blue tinge but still looks gray. It works just fine for the colors in our baby's room... just be aware it is darker than pictured.

I love the feel and quality of this changing pad. I purchased it to match my grey and yellow nursery. I should have listened to the customers who said it was more of a blue-grey. It doesn't entirely go with my grey walls but, you can only obsess so much. The quality is what matters and I am happy with that.

I'm not sure why I didn't see the review that said this isn't a true gray, but now I know! They "Gray" has a blue tint to it. So, if true gray is what you are looking for, don't buy this!
