It is just like the name brand ink but for a cheaper price. It is easy to install and prints good quality. It also last long and it printed about 2 months of daily worksheets for my two sons home schooling. So the ink is good quality. It does its job perfectly. And the color is just like any name brand ink you would purchase.

Excellent product I've purchased it three times. The quality, ease of putting it into the computer, and the color is vibrant. This is why I have been using them for so long. It seems like it lasts forever. I have a child in college who I think printed out a book full of pages. I had to print out a bunch of pages for an event. And it was still going strong. No ink leakage. Follow the directions and you won't get it on your hands either.

My printer does not recognize these ink cartridges although it says it’s compatible it’s not. It also says that it can be replaced or I can get support, but I cannot find any information on the company to get in touch with them. Nothing in the box nor online.I'm updating this today and have found information now online. I only have about a month left to return this to the company. The phone number I was given by Amazon did not work nor did the number that I saw online today. I think it may be due to a long distance phone number, im not sure. But I would need to use a phone I can make international calls. They do have a support address and wrote them, so hopefully I can get this refund or exchange in the works.I have tried the cartridges at least 15x hands turned black from Ink. I can not understand what the problem is. It says it supports my HP 3830 printer but it doesn't recognize the cartridges so it doesn't work with it. It is the 2nd one in a row I. have gotten ink that isn't working although beyond Amazon's 30days usually the Co will give a year with these cartridges, so don't give up after 30days cause you can go to the company direct. I would choose a company that has its information readily available. I have received refurbished ones that work great in the past so im not giving up. But I will not be ordering from this Co being that the customer service information was not easily found and the number given by Amazon and the number shown here don't work. I would check the ink right away when you get it, even if you don't need to use it right away, so that you can deal with Amazon for return as opposed direct to the Co. which in this case is ANKINK.
