Replayability for this and also Letters from Whiechapel??

Both Whitehall Mystery and Letters From Whitechapel are pretty replayable because everygame is unique due to different locations you are moving between. One feature I recommend is to draw starting locations instead choosing them. Choosing leads to the game degenerating into repeating "proven" schemes that are advantageous for Phantom (Jack). Drawing makes each game unique and perfect for gameplay.

What is the difference between this game and Letters from Whitechapel?

It's a more streamlined, simpler game. I wouldn't necessarily own both.
