The product arrived on time and in good condition.

Arrived, found wet buried under a snowbank, but it's the correct chain and all is good. Drying it with hopes it doesn't rust.

I didn't realize that when I purchased my pole saw, that it had a 14 inch blade instead of a 12 inch blade. I contacted all Stihl dealers in the area and no one had one. I went to Amazon and they had it, so I ordered a spare. the chain is Stihl OEM and was priced right. I didn't want anything except a Stihl chain.

These are replacements for my dads new chainsaw because he is removing stumps and keeps sawing dirt and I’ve sharpened the old ones till almost no material left to and expect these to last just as long that’s why we went with these chains. I know what people are going to say but we cannot get a tractor or anything else on this embankment and buying chains is the cheapest solution.

It is the right blade for my chainsaw, however it needs to be sharpened right out of the box
