We gave this to our 4 yo granddaughter for her birthday since she was receiving a PP bike. The knee and elbow pads fit her perfectly, stayed in position during movement/pedaling, and the little gloves are super cute! These are obviously not professional quality but they are sturdy enough to protect her elbows and knees from a minor fall from a short bike with training wheels.

We haven't had any accidents while wearing these yet, as they always tend to happen the *one* time we don't put them on my 4 year old, but he loves to wear them. He is a long and lanky little boy (42" and 34 lbs) and they all fit him fine. He will be able to wear the elbow pads and knee pads for a while longer, and the gloves probably too. The plastic "bubble" on the knees and elbows doesn't look like it would hold up for multiple falls, but it would get the job done the first time I'm sure. At this price it wouldn't be a deal breaker to have to buy a new set if needed.

The sad reality is you can put a price on happiness. When I purchased these they were going for u set $14 dollars. And if your the man of the house you know there is no woman alive that can tell you what to do. And that is because she has not been born yet. Which is okay because, my daughter would not ride her new bike without “pads.”My two daughters loved off the bat. One 4 year old and one three year old. They will most likely grow out the gloves before the elbow and knee pads. The pads are a little large but they stay on.

Cute but super super cheaply made and attach using one in elasticized bands with velcro tabs. I means for the price I guess I didn't expect much more. My daughter is a paw patrol fanatic and I thought this would be a good way to get her to wear knee pads. But she has some sensitivity issues and couldn't get past the straps. These had no padding but probably would protect from scrapes. Probably my daughter would have issues even with expensive knee pads. But I kind of wish I'd bought something nicer and with padding and just put some stickers on it. Will keep looking - would love a set with a big wide band that pulls on or something.

These fit my 3 ft tall 2 yr old daughter well. A little big, but she is under the age the are suggested for i think. First time wearing them out the house, she fell and put some big scrapes into the pads. It shocked her because normally when she falls she gets hurt and cries. She kinda of whimpered them went back to riding bike once she realized there wasn't any pain associated with the jolt of hitting the sidewalk. So very glad i bought and used them. Definitely a great deal to include the gloves.
