The first time I used this, it was great. But after I went to use this the second time the spring mechanism wouldn't open enough to accommodate the width of the iPad and it would shoot the iPad out onto the floor multiple times. Only good for the first use. Obviously most people are going to have a protective cover and so glad I did havea good one or my screen would be broken. Now that I know this, I can't return it. Replace spring with a hand adjustable winding mechanism to accommodate the various widths of iPads and their covers. The spring is way too tight.

And it's finally hear wow. And it fits perfectly for my hospital bed table. I've been looking for a holder for my iPad mini 2 for a while now and I finally found the right thing for me. As I can mount it several ways and if I don't like it then I can have it moved. 32" is pretty long for an iPad mini but it works very well also doesn't shake too bad. So there you are, that's my review. I sincerely hope that this will help you make your decision.....

This clamps firmly with a screw motion with a hand size grip and holds the iPad firmly, I had it directly above my head with no problem. One thing worth noting is this is incredibly stiff when you receive it, it’s coiled like a spring.If you are elderly or have a weak grip you’ll struggle to uncoil it. Once it’s been straightened it’s much easier to position.

Very useful! Really liked it! Can read books, watch movies and skype without having to keep holding the phone anymore! Love the ability to multitask since now got my hands free.

This tool just make for “lazy” like my wife does ! Don’t want hold phone in the bed, not he can clip it to anywhere she want , put the phone right top of it ! It is very comfortable lay down watch the phone or pad ! Good to have it

Love this item as it holds both my cell phone and my iPad. I used this for when I was filming a video and don’t want to buy a monitor for that. This works perfectly and the grip it’s very stable. The rod part is very stiff too, so it didn’t move after I positioned it. The grip is super strong so the device doesn’t move, but the con is that the grip is strong so it snaps back when you take your device out so do it slowly!

I just love this. I hook it on my small table next to my bed and I can relax my arms now and not dropped the phone on my face LOL I wanted to order more but now the price went up $3 and it is not available on Prime anymore. Bummer I wanted to buy some for my family members for Christmas

I have purchased this one around a month back and so far it is working very well without any issue and it is made of good plastic and able to hold the iPad and kindle fire 7 very well. it holds very tight.

Product arrived on time however we have not been happy with it.It is extremly stiff & difficult to move/adjust but yet it still sags with the weight of a 9" tablet.It also came apart within the first week & had to taken apart to be repaired & then it had to be duct-taped to ensure it wouldn't come apart again... I would recommend this product for cell phones perhaps- but not to hold tablets.

Live it. It hold my Ipad with a good grip. The flexible part is very stiff and does not droop at all. It hold its position.

Yes, I feel like a little old lady using this, but my neck and arms don't hurt any more from using my tablet to watch shows while lying down! So my review is 5 stars, because to eliminate pain permanently for under $20 delivered is pretty great! 😉

It does the job. It's a little rigid to bend but works fine. It bounces when you are typing on the ipad or iphone.
