Pleasantly Surprised
My go to brand is often out of stock so I tried this and I am not disappointed. I may just stay with this brand until it gets out that it is a good one too and then will be out of stock all the time also! I bake my own bread every week. I do not buy grocery store bread, ever. So it really is my go to lately. It is about the same quality as the other and since I blend it with artisan bread flour there is no difference in flavor. I can't speak to using it solely for baking items. It has a nice texture and seems fresh enough. Will stick with this unless something changes.

Great quality
The product is of great quality we use it a lot for cooking and it doesn't overpower the different flavors of food. I use it as a thickener and binder -- making meatloafs to replace eggs or banana/veggie fritters, meatballs.

Best for sourdough starter
I love this rye flour for a strong sourdough starter. Great taste, texture, and seems fresh given how much my starter loves this brand over other rye flour, including King Arthur.
