Zwilling Pro original Paring knife, Silver/Black

The real deal. Like my decades old Zwilling knives, well balanced, great feel in hand, perfect thickness in blade to offer solid yet nimble easy cutting. Super sharp. These last a lifetime. I recommend spending the extra dollars for the pro versions so you never need to replace.

Ich habe verschiedene Messer von Zwilling. Allerdings hat mir zuletzt bei der Fivestar Serie der Kunststoffgriff überhaupt nicht zugesagt. Das ist bei diesem Messer hier anders. Es liegt wirklich gut und ausgewogen in der Hand und ist ab Auslieferung (für mich) ausreichend scharf. Es lassen sich damit feine Schnitte machen. Nur mit der Spitze muss man etwas aufpassen. Die ist sehr spitz wirkt etwas filigraner als bei anderen Messern dieser Art. Wie sich das Messer Nachschärfen lässt kann ich noch nicht sagen, werde das aber ggf. Hier ergänzen wenn es soweit ist. Es war für die Größe preislich nicht ganz günstig (sehr teuer für ein gutes Messer aber auch nicht) aber ich bereue den Kauf nicht. Macht Spaß damit zu Schnibbeln

We used this nice model Solingen knife now for 2 years and soon a dent occurred on the blade. Just now the knife became unusable because the dent is huge. Me and my wife did not strage just daily routines and I declare the quality very poor. Warranty had probably expired but complaining is needed.
