Beautiful book but not for me
This is a beautiful cookbook, very detailed and lots of pictures and instructions. Hope you like mushrooms and can eat tomatoes. Sorry but I have to return it.

I love this cookbook.
I have all three of Michelle Tam and Henry Fong’s cookbooks; Let’s Go might be my favorite. To be fair, I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet, since I just got the book and have spent the past few hours ogling the photos of Chinese Barbecue Pork, Japanese Fried Chicken, and gluten-free pot stickers (what?!?). I am currently joyfully building my grocery list knowing that these recipes will offer me what other Nom Nom recipes have provided in the past - nourishment for the body and mind. Healthy ingredients, clear instructions, and a creative format make cooking something I actually look forward to.The Nom Nom cookbook series provides building blocks that I use in different ways throughout my week. For example, I try to always have on hand the All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce, Ginger Sesame Sauce, and Bone Broth. With them, I can make the same protein and vegetables taste different and not feel like I need to order takeout because I’m tired of the same food options.Back to Let’s Go: I love how thoughtful Michelle and Henry have been about the reader’s experience with the book. From the copy to the recipes to the photographs and illustrations, Let’s Go is an inspired journey. It is clear that Michelle and Henry poured their hearts into this book.Let’s Go will likely experience the same fate as my other Nom Nom cookbooks - a beautiful showpiece coffee table book with various pages stuck together because of my messy cooking ways. It will be loved and referenced again and again. I look forward to making some of these recipes part of my regular cooking rotation.

Best cookbook ever
I’m a big cookbook purchaser. I love um. I like getting them for ideas and for freshness. This book is the best cookbook I’ve ever received. I love pictures, but this book takes it a step further by taking pictures of every stage of the way, so you know what it supposed to look like at each step. The cartoon and jokes makes it fun and light hearted. They also have a built in book marker which is just another way to make it special and fun. They label each recipe as while 30, nut free, etc. and that’s important to me. By far the best cookbook I’ve ever came across

Add This One to Your Collection
After a snafu with Amazon preorder, I finally received this cookbook a week after it was published. I was eager to receive it as I adore the previous two Nom Nom books (so much that the binding is coming apart). The excitement I felt for this book was totally worth it. I have made 15 recipes so far and have used her premade spice mixes (recipes in the book but purchased them from another site). Absolutely every recipe I have made has been delicious and well received by my family (husband and 6 kids). My family does not eat Paleo but with these recipes, I only have to make one dinner. I have a new baby and still am able to follow these recipes (I made the Sheet Pan Pineapple Chicken the day after I came home from the hospital from having baby #7).Ingredients are easy to find and not too expensive. I mainly shop at a military commissary on base in Hawaii and can find what I need there.I sincerely hope Michelle and Henry continue to bless us with more cookbooks. I’m hoping for a whole rainbow of books!

So good!
Everything about this book is excellent. This cookbook not only gives pictures of every recipe, but every STEP of every recipe! It’s so packed full of delicious food and easy to follow step by step directions. I have started using ingredients I’ve maybe not used or known how to cook with, but with all the detailed instructions and photos I am not afraid to try new things because every single recipe is delish! In a digital world where almost any recipe can be found online I definitely am picky about which cookbooks I actually buy. I have never made a recipe from her blog that wasn’t fantastic and a family pleaser, so I ordered this book and am so glad I did. My husband asked what’s for dinner and I handed him the book and said pick a page- thanks Michelle for continuing to do what you do. Buy this book- you will not be disappointed!!

Delicious recipes, thoughtful presentation, step by step photos, fun to read and use
This is my 2nd nom nom paleo recipe book; my first was "Ready or Not" (every single recipe I've tried has been amazing), and this one looks to be just as good - or even better. I love the step by step photos, and in "Let's Go", they brilliantly added a feature I've been pining for. The first section, 'Building Blocks' is dedicated to sauce and spice combination recipes...and the wonderful addition? Each of the sauce and spice recipes includes a 'use this for...' list, which points you to the other recipes in the book where the sauces and spices are used. I love that, because if I mix up a 2 cup batch of sauce for a recipe that only needs 1/4 cup, I can now see at a glance what other recipes I can make to use up the sauce before it goes bad. Yay! I do miss the 4 week dinner plan section, which was included in "Ready or Not", but maybe something similar will be available on their blog. Bottom line - just buy it, you'll be glad you did!

Love it so much!
I have been a Nom Nom fan for years. I loved the first book, the second one was very good, but this one blows them out of the park! I know that the more relaxed "comfort food" book came out of the need for us to all have comfort foods during lockdown, but because of this, it had so many wonderful recipes! I am 100% paleo with lots of food allergies, but the rest of my family is not. These recipes are so good that no one even knows they are paleo, and they can add a side of rice if they wish. Easy for me to prepare for the entire family. I am in love with the hand pies and finally a great gluten free won ton recipe! Can't wait to try that one! I got the book three days ago, and have cooked something every night from the book. Great job Michelle, and you need to buy this guys! I have already purchased it for my two grown daughters.

Excellent cookbook!!
I have all of Michelle Tams books and they're all brilliant but I think this one is my favourite....the pastry recipe is a total game changer, I've been using it to make other paleo pies and honestly the pastry tastes like regular wheat based pastry, but obvs without all the nasties!! The stir fry sauce is delicious, so easy to put together and the mug cakes are 👌....and have the same texture as regular sponge cake. I feel like the UK is slowly catching up and previously harder to find ingredients are easier to source now (ocado is your friend here)If you're a fan of paleo, or just eating good food then this book is for you!

Have to eat egg-free, but still lots of yum in this book
Hubby and I just received this book in the mail and we've already made three of the recipes - the cheesy chicken and kale casserole, green mole pork shoulder and the coconut jelly recipe. All three are winners! I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by the green mole sauce, it has tons of dimension. From the ingredients I expected it to taste very herby, but it's so unique and delicious. We meal-prep every week and my husband has decided that every meal we make this month is going to come out of this cookbook. As the title states, I have to eat egg-free, so that was a bit of a concern for me before ordering. Sometimes eggs can be substituted to good results, but egg-heavy dishes cannot. Gladly, there are still so many recipes that I can make out of this book and only a few are repeats from the previous cookbooks (I own all three). The coconut jelly is addictive! I had a epiphany moment when I realized that I can make NNP's 'Golden Milk' recipe (from another cookbook) into a gelatin dessert using this recipe! Can't wait to try it!
