Sistema Microwave Collection Round Dish, Red

This is just the right size for warming tortillas and other such foods. Actually I love all my several Sistema microwave containers. There is a size and shape for just about everything needing to be microwaved. And yes the freezer friendliness is also great. Food can go from freezer to microwave and to table using just the Sistema container. Also is nice when making a dinner entree a day ahead, storing in the refrig in the Sistema, then reheating in short order the next night when too tired to fuss with dinner prep.

Same condition as when I bought them and I use them everyday. Not so stylish for a table dinner but my husband and I are aging. We don't care about pretty plates . These containers are not ugly but function well for us.

I bought this product because it was light weight and easy to use. The locking feature works great but I have arthritis and find it difficult to open at times. I have used one lock and it works fine unless it's full of a liquid (like soup, etc.). Then you'll need to use more locks. If you are going to put it in the dishwasher, don't use sharp knives on it. Scratch marks tend to hold soap powder. I've since washed it enough be hand that it's no longer a problem. I love this item and would recommend it to all.

You can't go wrong with Siestema! I've had some pieces for years, and they're still like new.

I really like this microwave dish for cooking. Although I have had one of these since December it is now warped. The lid will not fit on it correctly.

Total likes! Used them for reheating and cooking in the microwave. No problem. Washed well in dishwasher.

This is great to heat food up in the microwave. The clips can be a little hard to pop open sometimes, but it’s not a deal breaker, as this is my second one. Yes, the band seal sometimes needs to be reseated, but so what? I’ve used my other one a lot and it’s still going strong. I decided I wanted another. Plus it’s nice to store leftovers in it, and just pop it in the microwave the next day, and not dirty a plate. Shipping was as promised.

the item is easy to clean until the bottom gets melted from lots of use. then it stains. the rubber seal wears and stretched. but it's still a great item to cook in.

We recently came across the Sistema microwave cookware and ordered four versions of it. It is everything we'd hoped for. Easy to clean, designed for the microwave, adjustable vent, secure lid, etc. This version is great for reheating a dinner or anything which fits. It is not very tall which means you can eat right out of it if you want. Other models are bigger or smaller, some for steaming, cooking rice, etc. All that we have tried are excellent.

Compré este plato porque por cuestión de tiempo solo puedo cocinar una vez por semana. Solo agrego arroz y el guisado al plato, lo meto al micro un minuto y medio y voila! la comida esta lista. Solo le agrego verduras cocidas o crudas (previamente desinfectadas, claro) y tengo un bowl saludable y completo. Muy contento con la practicidad del artículo. Nota: Como alguien mas posteó anteriormente, debo decir que cuando se lava, el plato se ralla de donde se pasa la esponja. No se nota mucho, pero creo que este dato puede ser de utilidad para algún posible comprador.
