I purchased this for my boss who had lost her son this past year. I had a picture of him and his son put on the moon. When I received the Moon, I was apprehensive about the finished product. I can tell you I was majorly impressed and the detail was so good that you could see the checkered shirt on both her son and grandson. The etching shows up much better in just the plain light however when she uses the Moon as a night light for her grandson, he likes the different colors. Battery life seems to be very good. Charging it is a breeze in the stand. She absolutely loved the gift and once her family members saw it, they too want to order one. I highly recommend this company as everything was perfect including shipping and arrival during the busiest time of the Christmas season. I ordered the first week of December and had the gift by the 21st with plenty of time to wrap for Christmas.

I have ordered multiple moons and they all have been awesome. You can really see the picture in it.

Picture clarity is awful, can't really tell who the people are. This was bought as a gift but the quality is so bad, I'm too embarrassed to give it, will have to find something else. Company unwilling to do anything.

Update- the seller contacted me and replaced the item within a few days. ********* I bought one for ourselves and loved it so bought one for our friends. The picture was good and looked great. It had a hairline crack which was not very visible and was not on the picture. Over a couple weeks the crack further developed and now it is in 2 pieces. The item is not returnable. So please be aware of that.

I was a little nervous when ording this moon as I was unsure how the image of me and my girlfriend would turn out as we was very close in the photo I sent. When the product arrived I wasn't too impressed with the photo as it didn't look recognisable at all until I turned the lamp on and the picture was as clear as day. She was over the moon with the lamp (no pun intended) the light can be dimmed right down so that you can still have it in a room at night without it lighting up the whole room and the choice to change colours has kept the little one amused for hours Overal I think this is a great lamp and the build quality/ personalisation is amazing
