The beauty of this product is that it is simple and easy to use. Comes with two 20 oz bottles. I was mixing my protein powder and almond milk in a glass with a spoon. I did not want to use the super-duper Ninja blender which is quite noisy. After gulping my lumpy mix for several weeks, I decided to purchase the Sharkk blender. It does the job in seconds and is ready to drink- what an improvement! If there is anything that can improve this product it would be a brush/sponge that fits and cleans the bottles. I thought it would be wide enough for me to get in with a sponge and hand wash it but it is too narrow for my hands. Throw in a brush and you have a Real Winner.

I purchased the Sharkk Basics blender 4 months ago. Previously I had a NutriBullet, and a Ninja blender. Although the Sharkk is not as powerful as the others, it worked for my Shakeology and protein powders. The ice and/or frozen fruit that I sometimes added did not always blend completely which I was fine with but my husband was not. When I used the Sharkk to blend my bulletproof coffee, it did leak but that may have been because I filled the blender to full. I did like the slender design of the Sharkk Basic and how it took up less space on my counter. I was satisfied with the blender especially with the low cost compared to other blenders I had however, 4 months after I received it, the rotating system completely broke when I added 1/2 of a frozen banana. So....if you use a lot of frozen fruits/vegetables, you may want to look into a more powerful blender that will last more than 4 months.

I just tried it for the first time today. Used Shakeology, almond milk, spinach and ice. It sounded very powerful. Most of the ice was blended, with a few little chunks left, but my Nutribullet does that too. I love the sleek design, the sturdiness of the base and the minimal space it takes up.Only Con: I agree with the others that there needs to be a second cap for the unused bottle. Also, when I drink out of the bottle with the cap on, the "flap" on the lid kind of flops onto my nose, which is not ideal, especially if there is smoothie inside.

4 stars because I just got that blender and it's the first Smoothie Blender I've ever had but I love it already. The size of the bottles are perfect for a single smoothie and for on the go. It is super easy to handle and fits even in my tiny kitchen. The smoothies I've done so far became nice and smooth without any chunks in it, even though I haven't done anything with ice or frozen fruits yet. However, for that price it's just the real deal and I would definitely recommend it.

Finding useful kitchen products that don't take up huge amounts of counterspace is a top goal for New Yorkers with tiny kitchens. The Sharkk does not disappoint! It is powerful enough for morning smoothies and you can clean the whole thing in under 60 seconds, and it takes up half the space of the coffee maker (I know because it's literally sitting in front of it on my teeny tiny counter). I don't find the lack of two lids as annoying as everyone else because I pour mine in a glass in the morning (civilized, like you do), but I get where other people are coming from. Three cheers for no longer using an immersion blender and a mixing bowl and covering the top of the kitchen ceiling in vegetable detritus just to have a healthy breakfast!

Have used this for nearly 3 weeks now - making smoothies mostly with frozen fruit. The only complaint I have is the pieces on the cups when you push the cup down to activate the blender and LOCK it in place, are stripping the plastic on the blender. So instead of locking the cup in place we hold it down - not a big deal. Otherwise we love it.Would like to be able to purchase additional cups.

The blender works wonderfully, it really breaks down the big/frozen items, like to a purée. It has suction cups on the bottom that really holds the blender in place, so no worry of a tip over. I love the size of the sports bottles (20oz) my hands are very small, I constantly have issues grasping other bottle, the shark is sleek in size and fits so comfortably in my hand. I love the products. The best feature I believe the Sharrk company has, is their Customer Service! They went above and beyond. I didn't have any problems, I made a comment about loving the sports bottle, And the rep Ugur, did something that just blew me away. I will always sing their praises. A great representation of their company.

There should be 2 lids. 2 bottles 2 lids. Makes no sense to not have a lid for the second bottle. Nice little blender, but if you want to make and take 2 smoothies, you will have to use the blade top for one of them. Not too safe to do. So this is a blender for just one person for one smoothie. wanted it for travel, and now I'll have to take extra other bottles to pour my shakes into. AND may as well leave one of the bottles HOME.
