Good machine
This is my second Microsoft lap top. Great machine. Fast and has a great keyboard. Battery lasts more than a full day.

I Really Like It!
I really like the size and style. The keyboard side has this really nice suede-like material that takes the style value up a notch. Really easy to work with. Love the touch screen. My only complaints are the short battery life, and limited number of ports. I seem to only get a few hours of use, if that, before I have to plug it in, and there is only one regular port and one C port.

Don't trust AC Arsenal
Terrible product and company! The keyboard is a BILINGUAL CANADIAN KEYBOARD which is not mentioned in the description. This meant that several keys would not produce what was shown on the keyboard. I returned the product with ALL components and then I received a message from AC Arsenal that the AC adapter was missing and I will only receive a partial refund. I KNOW that all components were placed inside the original packaging and returned. AC Arsenal is not a trustworthy company! They have don't NOTHING on their end to help with this matter. I have contacted and filed claims with UPS and still no help from anyone. Very frustrating! Seems to be a scam to dmget rid of a faulty product.

This battery is impressive
I travel and carry this laptop around a lot and the battery has been impressive. The setup this time was one of the easiest ever. Good job MS!

Great product
Very nice laptop and I highly recommended this.

Does OK. Some things don't work.
This laptop is standard issue for my office. I've had 2. Both were dodgy. The Mic has never worked, so I have to use a plug in USB camera for Zoom meetings. The USB-C port cuts in and out, so (like right now, while I'm typing), so the wireless mouse and keyboard randomly cut in and out. If I'd spent my own money on it I'd be P!$$ed. Several have had parts of the built in keyboards stop working. Mostly it's docked to my larger desk monitors.

La cámara no funciona. El soporte técnico de microsoft ha manejado el laptop de manera remota para repararlo y lo no ha logrado. Incluso resetearon el laptop y nada. Un producto costos para tener tan mala calidad.

Lots of quirky issues
Surface Laptop 4 has multiple frustrating quirky issues. The solutions are non-intuitive and as quirky as the problems. I've had this for 3 years. Firmware and software updates fail to address its problems.
