Excellent hardware for the price
The system was even better than advertised, it came with a 1TB drive instead of 750GB. I was able repartition the hard drive and install FreeBSD 13 in the free space (I have an application which uses the parallel port and requires FreeBSD). The case had a few minor marks, no big deal. It came with a keyboard and mouse (wired, low cost, but functional)The one negative I had about the system was that Windows 10 Pro was 32 Bit on a 64 bit machine?!?Not a big deal as Windows allows a 32 -> 64 bit upgrade for free. if you do this, get the Win 10 Pro 64 bit ISO image, use Rufus in MBR mode to burn to a flash drive and follow Microsoft's upgrade procedure. Worked perfectly and now I get access to the full 4GB of memory instead of 3.5GB.I'm really happy with the system.

You get what you pay for I guess?
2008 harddrive in it? crashed, kept constantly repairing itself for hours until finally crashed, I have others that have no issues, use them all the time?No way to contact seller. I know it's out of warranty but it shouldn't crash on update computer repair place said more then likely when it was refurbished something was lost until the update needed it? Who knows

but the worst came afterwards
I dont do many reviews but, i felt was necesarry when knowing and thinking about purchasing a refurbished product. Most of the time refurbished products are tested before shipping, and I highly doubt the PC i purchased was tested. My first indication was that the PC on its first bootup it indicated a low voltage battery. Unsure of what it can be i pressed a command to skip the warning. Message didnt appear after following reboots, but the worst came afterwards. It would reboot on its own, in the middle of a task. The best thing about this experience was the fast response by amazon and how fast the refund was given.

I'm very happy with the product
I bought this as a replacement for MIL older PC that was just too slow. I was surprised to get a M/KB. Just getting it set up today. For the price, I'm very happy with the product. Perfect for someone to swap recipes, check email, and play lower end games on.
