My goto. As far as the two prime ingredients and, if another Kickstart is needed, wash it down with Miralax or an equal. Prune Juice is a good additive, too! If that doesn't work, it's time for small explosives.

it works but took awhile for me.
im assuming the amount of time it takes to work is different for each person. it say 6-12 hours. took about 9 for me. some gurgling of stomach and cramping. 2xs to empty bowels and about 8 hours later 1 more time. def something that you better have no plans to go anywhere since theres no telling really how long it will take each person. would i take it again? probaly not
