The SAFARILAND Drop Flex Adapter is excellent quality, just what I expected from this brand. It feels very sturdy and secure while keeping the holster in the perfect position for quick access. The single paddle is comfortable and distributes the weight well, so it doesn’t dig into the leg even after long wear. Installation was simple, and it works perfectly with my Safariland holster setup. Great upgrade for comfort and functionality!

These are legit and the best. People always ask me in my agency where did I get this and if it’s comfortable. I love having it. I have it riding forward for access to both hands and when I sit in my patrol vehicle it’s saves time from having to lean towards the door to draw. This one is my second one and I have no complaints. I have a lot of other guys that bought from here after I recommend it to them and they love it. I have a QLS and accessory mount attached to the holster and tourniquet. This one is BETTER than the two strap because this leg strap wraps around your leg higher and doesn't pull your belt down like the two strap leg holsters. You need to remember your leg muscles flex when you walk so they will pull down your strap if it’s two tight or too low like the two strap leg holsters. I have it attached to my Safe Life Tactical belt.

I own a Safariland Holster for my Glock 17 but I hated the UBL paddles alone, they would flop around as I would attempt to draw, and I could only get a solid draw by holding my thumb against the holster and pushing down as I pulled up on the gun. I wanted to be able to wear my Glock in a drop leg configuration with the QLS anyway, and this certainly does that job, and does it well, the belt loop set up is more comfortable than most drop legs I have tried on and the leg strap is BIG, I'm a big guy, like really big, and it fit me great straight out of the package, no adjusting it, not too tight, not stretching the elastic to its limits, none of that. However after doing more research, I could have gone the cheap route(And finally did). I found I prefer to use the low ride UBL with a leg strap threaded between the UBL itself and under the Safariland QLS, held in place between the screws holding the QLS to the UBL. This seems to work a lot better for me and is a lot less bulky. I wish someone had mentioned it to me before buying this set up so I figured I might save someone the trouble with this review. Again, a great product, it does it's job very well but for my uses (mostly static range, some open carry on private land) it was too big, too bulky, and too tactical.

It’s safariland……..it costs more than it should, but it lasts forever, and it will always be faithful and true. Do you want something that hasn’t stood the test of time in the industry?

The size was perfect, it’s even super adjustable making it the perfect fit for anyone. I think this is the best price I’ve been able to find compared to any other manufacturer’s website. I’ve been on patrol and in investigation and use it daily, it’s functional and durable. The design is perfect for me as I was able to add the quick release attachment as well. I was even able to mount my OC and tourniquet on it too.

Mine just came in about 20 minutes ago and I immediately put it on, only took a couple minutes and comes with every screw needed! This is the best one I’ve ever ordered!

you never go wrong with Safariland anything. I wanted something more secure and stable on my belt and wanted to drop it down a bit versus the standard kydex stuff i have been using. its super easy to upgrade - you can mount holster right to this plate or use the quick release system i just mounted mine direct to the holster - great support - very happy with it

Verwende die kleine Beinplatte mit der Kunststoffgürtelverbindung in Kombination mit der QLS-Klammer. Möchte die Möglichkeit haben meine Waffe an der Überziehweste und an zwei unterschiedlich konfigurierten Einsatzgürteln zu verwenden. Die normale Lösung mit dem an Gurtbändern aufgehängten Oberschenkeladapter ist mir zu labrig und zu weit unten. Viel zu viele Möglichkeiten für Dritte auf die Waffe zuzugreifen. Diese Lösung ist das besser. Durch die steife Verbindung schlackert das Holster nicht, man kann zusätzlich noch kleine Taschen anbringen (Achtung kein festes Messer, das steht zu hoch), trotzdem liegt die Waffe tiefer als mit "normalen" Gürtelhaltern möglich ist. Nachteil - die Kunststoffverbindung zum Gürtel ist relativ steif. Die Platte verschiebt sich so beim Sitzen, was störend wirken kann. Im Kfz ist der Waffenzugriff auch nur suboptimal. Besser umstecken an die Weste.

Great platform for a leg rig if you run your equipment this way. Little rigid but I prefer that. Used in conjunction with Safariland level 3 holster.

Great product. Easy to install. Feels good on the hip. Holsters with a hood get pressed against the leg shroud a little but still functional
