Ionic Hair Curler Curling Brush with Advanced Ionic Technology Hot Brush and Ergonomic Design

It does as it says. I have thin hair and volume isn't my friend. This creates volume for a short time for me. I don't really use volume hair products because I'm not a fan of putting a bunch of goop on my scalp. I do use thermal protecting products. My favorite the Tresemme thermal spray by far with Wella Thermal spray coming in second. Anyhow, my hair didn't snag on this, and the fact that the cord connection to the styler rotates made it much easier. All in all I'm satisfied with the product and I recommend it. It heats up in a reasonable amount of time, bristles are warm to the touch, great product worth every penny.Update 8/16/17: As I stated before, I use thermal protecting sprays. I found a downside, the product builds up on the styling to and its a pain to remove it. I do it with alcohol and qtips. It's a tedious process. I only use one product for my hair so I feel for you if you use more than one. I still give it 5 stars because the tool itself is good. I recommend this styling tool for medium to short length hair.

I purchased this curling iron and initially loved it, it did an amazing job. Then I put it down on my counter and it lost teeth, it fell off the counter lost more teeth, brushed it though my hair and lost more teeth until I was to the point where one side had no teeth and I threw it away. On the way to the garbage more teeth fell out. Very disappointing

This is a nice curling brush as far as heating fast and curls nicely. There are a few issues with it though...1) After maybe 2 weeks of use a couple of the teeth fell off and now a lot have fell off to the point I need to buy a new curling brush (purchased in July 2016). 2) The cord is absolutely horrible. It stays twisted constantly. This is very annoying when you are trying to fix your hair.

This was a good little wand that worked well with short hair. I only had a problem with this product when the small prongs acting like a brush started to fall out. The product lasted close to a full year, yet I expected it to last longer. I tossed it because I was tired of picking up and sweeping up the little prongs that kept falling out on the floor.

This hair curler works well for me. I am a 80 year old woman with VERY short , VERY straight, VERY thin hair and have a thin face. By using this curling iron, it softens the features of my face.I can sort of bend the sides of my hair and my bangs, and the top of my hair. It gives my white hair a shinrr, and gives me the effect I want. It's easy to use and I like the fact that I can hold the heating end to help using this. It heats up very fast. Because I have short hair I would have liked the bristle part to be smaller, so it could grab more hair. But all in all I totally like it..I would recommend it and the price is reasonable.

Ok so if you are using it to straighten your hair it works fine, but if you need to curl your hair do not but it. Your hair will get tangled! I had a mini heart attack when i tried to curl my 300.00 weave with this thing because it got tangled so bad i wasnt sure if i could untangle it in time. Luckily the weave guardian angel was watching me and helped me release my hair before this brush could ruin it. Also the temperature settings rubbed off with the first use. I ended up just throwing it away because I never make a return unless the item costs like 50+ dollars.

SUPER happy with the price and the results. I've purchased a bazillion different products to straighten and curl my very crazy unmanageable hair. I have this strange combo of fine hair, that is frizzy underneath, sort of smooth on the surface, super curly if I do nothing to it. I do a little straightening with the blow dryer and finish my hair off with the Sharkk Ionic Hair Curler and I swear it's like I went to the salon. I just straighten and flip the curl at the bottom. My hair feels wonderful and I've never received more compliments from friends and family. I've also had complete strangers approach me to ask where I get my hair done. So glad I bought this curler. The first image is me with no Sharkk and about 4 different products to keep that curly look going all day. The second is with the Sharkk.

It took me awhile to write this review because I don't use items like this very often. I had to at least give it a chance. I have very long hair and I spend a lot of money for coloring and cutting. I thought this might be a nice item to change my look. I quickly found out that even though this item does curl your hair, it gets tangled up in the brush and burns your hair. Hopefully you have hair left after trying to get it untangled from the brush. So would I recomend it, no,! Waste of money. I gave it to stars because it does curl your hair.
